I was charged for a subscription without my permission. I never created an account, never confirmed anything via email, and never agreed to any terms or conditions.

Looking at other reviews, I see I’m not alone — many people report the same issue. It seems like this company is using deceptive practices to take money without consent.

Even if they claim it’s in the terms, I never agreed to them. This charge is 100% unauthorized, and to me, that’s theft.

I’ve requested a full refund. If I don’t receive it, I will report this to my bank as fraud and file a police report.

Stay far away from this company.

I didn't know I signed up for the subscription but when I finally decide to unsubscribe the team was very helpful and replied to my email only a few hours later. I have nothing against the website I just didn't know I subscribed.

An update. 100% scammers.
These awful human beings are still continuing to hide their fake gift card business behind adverts on social media for legitimate companies.
At the moment they are pretending to be Andertons Music in the UK and pretending to offer a Bluetooth speaker in the shape of a Marshall Stack amplifier for £9.99.
Once you put your order in it takes your payment then defaults to the sign up page for this awful scam company.
You then cancel, they claim to cancel you for a fee. Then they don’t actually cancel you and take nonsense payments from your card under a different company name.
Then when you complain they claim they were very clear about their sign up and payment schedule.
When you send your credit card fraud team after them they agree to refund you. But do not. Then when they receive a reminder from your fraud team they send multiple emails offering to refund….. but only if you remove the negative trust pilot review…. These people cannot help themselves they love your money more than anything.
