Zipper issue resolved without any fuss

I purchased a CrossBuddy bag which is sturdy, well-made and looks like it'll last a long time. However, I experienced a problem with the zipper. I was assured that faulty zipper problems are very rare with the CrossBuddy bag. After sending a short video of the zipper issue I was given the option of either a replacement zipper or a replacement bag. I opted for the latter and a brand new bag was promptly dispatched. There hasn't, to date, been any recurrence of the problem.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service! Ordered end of December. Track and trace never worked, no indication where the backpack I ordered is. This Mike person responded once back in January with track and trace link that didn’t work. He is not responding to my emails anymore. I requested my money back, also no response. I called, no answer! This is a scam and the most horrible customer service experience I have had! Where is this Mike, my backpack or my money?!

No order received, no response from company

I placed an order with this company on 8th January, which was confirmed the same day, and paid extra for a tracking number and insurance. I have heard nothing from them since. The link to the tracking page on their website doesn't work. I have emailed the @mike customer team twice and got no response. The spend was 82 euros on a birthday gift and I don't know what to do. I have to say avoid.

now mid january, and after some feedback, shipment has finally arrived. Cannot inspect the goods, as is a gift, but after troublesome comm's things got delivered. Still suggest to update contact details on website, and working on customer comms for better and speedier interaction. So 3* for now

Promise kept ❤️

When I first ordered the Aldrin Travel Bag, I did not receive the tag I had ordered with the special offer.
I contacted Mike from the customer service and he made sure the tag would be sent to me later on.
While waiting for the tag, I was in contact with Mike every day as he gave me the tracking updates.
Today, I received my tag, it's beautiful and it adds a bit of fancy to my bag ❤️❤️❤️
Once again, I'd like to thank Mike for his dedication and his help 🙏🙏🙏
I really appreciate the quality of the customer service and I love my bag ❤️❤️❤️

Very happy

Took a while for my backpack to arrive, but now it's here I'm very happy with it. The waterproofing seems good, it's big enough to carry plenty around with me but without being too big. The front pocket is so small it's almost useless, so I think one or two more secure pockets would be nice. And the USB charging works from inside to out, whereas I would have opted to go from outside to in, keeping the device safely inside. But overall I would recommend.

Only received the bag a day ago so have…

Only received the bag a day ago so have not used it yet!
However it is obviously very well made and i can tell that it will last for many years. I purchased this bag for the reason that it will last and improve with age.
Because it will last longer it is also environment friendly 🙂

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

There was a problem with the shipping process but the way they handled it was unprecedented, at least in my experience. They reply instantly and are extremely kind. I'd definitely buy from them again!

I was so delighted with my first bag…

I was so delighted with my first bag that I bought a second one for my son's birthday. Turned out this was damaged - not the problem as this can happen. Problem has been trying to get a resolution. They told to get it fixed myself and they would give me 15% off next purchase! I'd already received a promotional discount code a couple of day earlier before I even raised an issue! Their alternative was to return bag which will cost me half the price of original bag in shipping approx €50 from Ireland. 15% on there most expensive product is less that €20 and I have no need for an additional purchase anyway! I have made ongoing attempts to follow up these options with them. They are not even responding to my query now. So currently I am stuck with a damaged bag (broken zipper). I am continuing to chase them in the hope they see sense.

Update:- Took a couple of days, but eventually received email re offer of replacement bag. Once everything sorted I will update review fully.

Update 4/3/22:- Finally received replacement bag on 4 March 22 - but only after another 12+ emails chasing the offer made in January on Trust Pilot following review. Great product absoutely spoiled by rubbish service. Only that I chased and chased - I genuinely believe they would not have followed through on their offer to replace.

After you bought your second bag for your son on the 21st of August, you sent us an email 4 months later, on the 28th of December, in which you told us about the zipper. We indeed offered a refund to help you fix the zipper.

We found 2 emails from you; please check because if we have missed any that is not good. I am very worried when you write 'ongoing attempts' and 'continuing to chase' when we only have had 2 emails... Then we miss a lot!

We trust you in telling us that the zipper was already broke when you first got the bag. And that is not our quality standard of course.

We will send you a third bag, for free.

Great store

I wanted to tell you that I am very happy to have chosen your store and not to have bought the two bags in other stores where the price was lower.
The quality of the bags is fantastic. Because of the material, they seem to last a lifetime.
I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase.
Very good attention, perfect and fast response. Information at all times and very friendly.
As you can imagine, I have only one complaint: The waiting time to receive the bags.
But I must also say that you were prudent and intelligent enough to inform me from the very beginning that the products were slow to arrive.
So from the first moment I was already informed that the bags would take longer than usual to get to my house. I encourage you to continue informing people immediately after you have made the purchase that the products will take a long time to arrive.
I take this opportunity to tell you that I have noticed that one of the bags, the messenger bag, is a reproduction / copy / imitation of the famous "belstaff 554 colonial messenger bag"
I think it’s one of the best copies I’ve ever seen. Is perfect.
It’s almost the same bag and but you don’t have to pay the $ 600 the original is worth.
