Should be zero stars. Complete scam. Never received product. They refuse to refund. Keep telling you it’s delayed. Been months now. They need to be shut down immediately!!

This company is a scam. If a 2nd enquiry is made about the non delivery of an item an email is sent saying
" There was a temporary problem while delivering your message to Gmail will retry for 23 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. " Still no tracking order or delivery after placing an order 7 weeks ago

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money, don’t deliver goods, send you generic emails stating busy delivery time. It’s been 8 weeks and they haven’t responded in a month. I have reported and now there is a investigation opened.

SCAM WEBSITE. Do not order anything you will not receive the items or your money back unless you use your credit card and get this , whoever is on the end of the email tells them theyve sent it out but honestly you never receive the items !

Oh my goodness don’t buy!! It’s a scam they never post your item out and then when you ask for a refund you get an automated response saying your email couldn’t go through.

This is a scam company. My order was placed on 27 January. I have repeatedly emailed their pathetic customer service email without any resolution. I asked for a refund and they said they could not issue a refund because my items had already shipped! I asked for a tracking number and the have now gone silent!!! Absolute disgrace of a scam company. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC. I hope they get shut down!!!

Ordered late December-the last tracking update January 18th. Emails are illegible due -chased, requested and immediate refund, just get fobbed off. Now checked on the website and my order has mysteriously now disappeared. DO NOT ORDER -AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No delivery of product, they just steal your money and respond with BS excuses or ignore your entirely.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scam site. They are not Australian at all. I ordered a doona in November '25 and it's now mid Feb. '26 and still not received. Told delay's due to high demand, then delay in shipping, then delay in manufacturing after it was delayed in shipping which doesn't make sense. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I read the reviews here earlier. I have disputed the payments through Afterpay and thankfully they refunded me.

Shame there’s no zero rating. Bunch of crooks, never sent anything in 4months, always citing shipping delays and no chance of a refund.
Did a charge reversal at the bank and they had the cheek to challenge it, but they had nothing to back it up so I got my money back.
Scammers.

I’ve been emailing them asking to send my order or give me a refund and they just reply with have patience basically. I ordered through the shopify app so I don’t even know how to go about getting my money back. Wish I had read others reviews before I ordered with them. DO NOT SHOP WITH THECALMINGCO.COM.AU! 4 months since my purchase and still nothing, they have sent a tracking number that is from a chinesa website. Fake, scammers.

I wish I would have read this before I ordered. I ordered my order back in August. I still have not received it. I keep getting fobbed off. I have now asked for money back at least four times. Avoid buying with this company. Totally unroffesional. The worst experience I have ever had buying online. Avoid at all costs.

Beware. This company is a scam. The only positive reviews are all verbatim, fake. Their customer support email only responds with excuses, they never provided me with tracking details, only excuses in reply emails. I applied for a refund through PayPal and it was approved in MINUTES and my money back over night. It comes up as Sage AU in the transaction. Dodgy AF. Don't buy from these scammers.

I beleive this company is a scam. I ordered on 24th December 2025. Still nothing has arrived. I've tried to contact them. Not getting back to me. Tracking number was false.

Ordered a bamboo mattress Topper on 2 January (thankfully via PayPal). After customer service was no help I requested a refund via PayPal's Seller Protection and received approval straight away. Do not use this online store - I believe it may be a front for an overseas scam company.

Terrible generic. Not Australian at all. This is a Chinese company and you do not receive your product. BEWARE!!!!!!

This is the worst company to do business with, purchaser’s beware, they do not deliver I have been waiting 3 months for a mattress topper, just getting generic answers to queries

I ordered a mattress topper for about £69 on 10 October 2025 and still haven't received it. I have emailed them several times and they have apologised for the shipping delays. I have asked for a refund which they said they would investigate!
I've concluded this company is a SCAM.
