We've been using the call answering…

We've been using the call answering service for a couple of years now and we're really happy with their performance. Our phones are now covered 7 days a week giving us peace of mind that we're not missing an important customer call. We usually deal with Sam who manages our account and her communication and level of detail when talking to customers have been brilliant. From a cost side, they provide very good value. All in all 10/10 would recommend their services.

I highly recommend The call answering…

I highly recommend The call answering company. I’ve been with them a couple of years now and they are by far the most professional team I’ve worked with. They listen so well to what I need so they can adapt and plan how best support my business. I’ve had very good feedback from those who use my service and they are very good at communicating clearly in a polite but friendly manner. This is not always an easy balance to perfect.

Changing our Business

During the Pandemic and Lockdown period we had some material changes to the way the company conducted business with work from home initiatives. As a result, the company structure changed somewhat which resulted in the phones being answered by whoever was available in the office. This was far from ideal and we needed a new solution hence starting the discussions with Sam Waslin of The Call Answering Company.

After an extensive search and a few trials with other companies, we realised that what The Call Answering Company offered was a very personal and professional service, whilst still maintaining that family business ethos which suited Envirotec Limited down to the ground.

The most important aspect of the service is that all calls are answered in consistent way. The triage process following the initial call answering has assured less time wasted by our employees answering calls not meant for them. Passing the call to the correct person within the business is key for us and also beneficial the caller. In addition, capturing the callers information has been an invaluable assistance in continuing the growth of Envirotec Limited and ensuring that no opportunity is missed.

I would be lost without your service…

I would be lost without the service you provide. I get call logs as they happen and also weekly summaries to remind me. You give my clients a friendly point of contact when I'm busy with day to day work.

Excellent Service.
