We've been using the call answering service for a couple of years now and we're really happy with their performance. We usually deal with Sam who manages our account and her communication and level of detail when talking to customers have been brilliant. From a cost side, they provide very good value. They listen so well to what I need so they can adapt and plan how best support my business. During the Pandemic and Lockdown period we had some material changes to the way the company conducted business with work from home initiatives. As a result, the company structure changed somewhat which resulted in the phones being answered by whoever was available in the office. This was far from ideal and we needed a new solution hence starting the discussions with Sam Waslin of The Call Answering Company.
After an extensive search and a few trials with other companies, we realised that what The Call Answering Company offered was a very personal and professional service, whilst still maintaining that family business ethos which suited Envirotec Limited down to the ground.
The most important aspect of the service is that all calls are answered in consistent way. The triage process following the initial call answering has assured less time wasted by our employees answering calls not meant for them. Passing the call to the correct person within the business is key for us and also beneficial the caller. In addition, capturing the callers information has been an invaluable assistance in continuing the growth of Envirotec Limited and ensuring that no opportunity is missed.
