Order a custom cake from the cake daddy ! I am extremely pleased with the cake I received fantastic communications though out and order was right on time packaging was fantastic can’t fault a thing would highly recommend

Brilliant, highly recommend. I ordered quite last minute, delivery was the same week and everything was perfect. The cake was exactly what I wanted and it tasted delicious too! Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would.
The cake arrived over 24hrs late - not ideal given it had been purchased for a birthday party. The story given for the delay also didn’t add up. Incredibly poor communication over email, phone and web chat to try and sort the issue.
Cake was poorly decorated and dry. Wish I could upload photos to show just how bad it looked.
I have emailed them 3 times to try and have the situation rectified and they are ignoring me.
£94 wasted, do not use this company

It was my Daughters 18th birthday in the middle of January and i’d not got round to ordering a cake until a week before so the panick was well and truly on i searched and searched for a company that delivered great cakes at short notice and for a reasonable price and so i settled on Cake Daddy
well they did not disappoint, i sent over a picture of the cake i wanted and they got back to me straight away with choices of cake and fillings and sizes etc. With it being such short notice i didn’t think it was a possibility But Cake Daddy delivered in every sense of the word ☺️ and a day early at that it was perfect, My Daughter was over the Moon and it was exactly like the photo i sent.
I will most definitely be using these guys again everything was on point thanks so much x

I Ordered an Avengers cake and I couldn’t be happier so far! It arrived exactly when they said it would and looks absolutely fantastic — even better than expected. It was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

We haven’t tried the cake yet, but based on the delivery, presentation, and overall service, my experience with Cake Daddy has been very good. Highly recommend so far!

I ordered a cake via email as I wanted a custom order - 7 weeks prior to when I needed it for. They were quick enough to reply & take a bank transfer payment off me but 6 weeks went by & I didn’t hear anything off them - no email or phone call to update me on my cake - I didn’t think I would need a confirmation number as everything was done over conversation via email. I sent 2 emails & heard nothing back, so the day I needed the cake I rang & spoke to them & they knew nothing about the cake. They retook the order as if they were taking it for the first time & wasted my time for the best part of an hour asking for screenshots of emails & bank transfer payments to prove I had ordered a cake from them. Long story short I ended up receiving the cake early evening - past the party time which was a waste, because I had to go out & purchase an on the shelf cake anyway. My son did have his cake on time for his birthday the following day & the cake looked amazing on the outside but tasted awful, it was smothered in butter cream with barely any jam, the icing was really thick & as soon as it was cut into it fell apart.

If i was able to give minus stars i would. Ordered a specific cake 3 weeks ago for a specific day, today for my wife's birthday on christmas day! Transfered money 3 weeks ago and was assured this would be delivered on the 24th. Tried to contact the company several times from early morning to confirm the time of delivery to be told they will call back in 30mins. They never did. Eventually i had to argue my way through a phone call to a man and woman who have very poor english language and was told that the DPD delivery driver in our area has rang in sick and we can only have the cake on the 29th! This is a lie as the delivery driver from DPD who is the same driver for our area arrived earlier this morning with another parcel we have ordered from a previous company. This company is a major let down and i would highly reccomend you stay clear if you are looking to get your item on time or if at all! Abysmal service, very unprofessional! If you want a reliable service please stay clear of this company!

Cake was exactly as described and very tasty. Fun design was a hit with my son and his friends. Cake was delivered on time and without any issues, and customer service throughout was spot on. Will use them again!

Scammer. I ordered a birthday cake for my son to be delivered on the 20th of December 2025. They took my money £202 including delivery and didn’t deliver anything. I contacted them on WhatsApp to ask about my order, they read my initial message and ignored. They ignored all messages after that, they failed to answer my call. They are scammers, they scam people. Do not patronize them. No cake cake for my son’s birthday party. He was disappointed and in tears, his guests had no cake. Imagine how that felt. They didn’t even bother to communicate at all. Scammer that’s what you are

All the way from Gambia West Africa, the ordering was easy and smooth the decorations and designs were top notch, the company is doing amazing in-terms of time consistency and their accuracy to deliver on the actual scheduled date.

I placed my first order and was thoroughly impressed. It was delivered exactly on the day I specified, with flawless packaging. The cake's taste matched its beautiful appearance, exceeding my expectations.

Cake was delicious looked amazing and arrived at the party eventually I would of put a picture on but it didn't give me the option I will try and review on cake daddy also

I put the order through the online ordering service. I was contacted after a few days to go through requirements and confirm delivery etc.
A few days before delivery was due I messaged to confirm that it would be arriving on time as agreed, after 2 days and ignored calls they phoned me on the morning of delivery to ask me what the details of the cake were as though I was ordering for the first time and asked to pay an extra £20 for the cake topper. I was also told the cake would arrive an hour and a half (2.30) after original confirmed time (1pm) and it actually arrived at 3.45pm meaning that we were late for the party which I had explicitly mentioned originally. Terrible process, customer service and no care taken for the importance of the schedule, would not recommend.

Absolutely stunning graduation cake. Everybody was so impressed. I chose the orange flavour cake, I was so pleased, it was delicious. Very careful delivery. Fantastic communication. 100% recommendation.

Don’t order from this company they keep your money and don’t deliver the cake. They also ignore messages and put the phone down when mentioning a refund .I Have a invoice and bank statement as proof of payment . I’m going to have to see a solicitor to get to the £103.99 they owe me . Stay well clear.

The cake arrived yesterday, was kept cold to ensure it was ready for my sons 16th Halloween Birthday today. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition union opening, the topping ball things had fallen off, the ghost looked like blobs. I asked for jam and cream and it was so overfilled with cream, any jam was lost. Parts to the cake were light and soft, other areas were hard and doughy.
I have to say for the price paid, it wasn't worth it. Asda do cheaper Birthday cakes that taste way better.....disappointed! I have pictures that I'll try to add.
