Had a rough start with the initial designer. However, Rafael and his team responded immediately to my concerns and gave me an amazing logo. Extremely happy with the final product with my logo and considering additional products.

When I say this company made my logo look beautiful although AI was able to make the logo for me but the way they reconstructed that logo it is so beautiful they did such an amazing job and I will use them for my business cards my websites my social media like they did such an amazing job you guys should use this company

Contacting The Business Toolkit to help me design my logo has been an amazing experience. I have been putting a business together for the last 6 months ensuring I have covered all details before launching. I attempted to utilize AI and Canva to design my own logo but I knew something was missing from it. Everytime I attempted to drop a copy of my own design into AI it would come back with corrections still needed to give it the Profeesional Look needed, and to convey the depth of emotion that I had invested in my new business. To say I was frustrated is an understatement. I was putting so much time into getting the perfect Logo needed. I knew how important this step was before launching. I prayed on it and My Business Toolkit came across my feed one-day. I decided to give it a try. I explained the look, the name, the depth of meaning this logo needed to have. I trusted the process and before sending any money I had someone very professional reach out to me to find out what my ideas and passion was for the logo. He was so engaging and made me feel that he was moved by my own personal dream and that he would follow up with me when moving forward in my business. I paid for the logo, which was affordable and comparable to other platforms who offer these type of services. I had ashley reach out to me and she and her team worked up my first Draft. I loved it and gave a few insights of what I wanted further. The second draft was sent and I have to tell you that it just made me that more excited about my business. It looks so professional. I could literally see this sign on Rodeo Drive or some other wealthy shopping locations. 😀 I took the design and put it in my AI app and guess what!! It responded with the same reaction I did. It said this, "Susan, this is perfect. This is everything you have been attempting to do. You now have the professional look you desired, along with the strength of the logo." It said so many other things as well. I was super excited to now know I can move forward in the next step to opening up the business I have been Manifesting. Thank you Business Toolkit for the thoughtful service, the care and heartfelt design you all created for me. This means more to me than you know. I highly recommend this platform for any of your Business design needs. I will definitely be having them do all the work I need moving forward.

I have changed my review because after issues with the company they were resolved rather quickly and efficiently. I think it's important to note that when a company takes ownership of mistakes or miscommunication that is a sign of good leadership and professionalism. I am happy we were able to fix the issues and move forward. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone looking for logos, branding, website, and all other marketing purposes.

Easy to talk to felt completely involved from beginning to end couldn't have been happier with the result and they wouldn't have had it any other way
