Wish I’d of read the reviews before I ordered!! Ordered for my lads birthday - never arrived, no replies to my emails asking for delivery date and refund. Web page has teeshirts not brownies on it! Complete rip off - do not buy!!

I ordered some brownies for my husbands birthday. They did not arrive. Despite sending multiple emails questioning when the brownies would be delivered or indeed sent ( as I was not provided with a tracking number), there was no response. On further investigation the link to the website now has changed and they DO NOT sell brownies but T-SHIRTS!
I am reporting this company to my bank for their investigation also. Please do not use this company!

Ordered from this company before with no issues. Ordered again for delivery and it hasn't appeared. No responses to trying to contact them and no website available now!

Do not use this company. I paid for an order that never arrived, and they have completely ignored all of my emails. To make matters worse, their website has now disappeared. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Paid for a box of brownies to be delivered on a specific date for a birthday and nothing. I received the order confirmation and payment was taken but I did not recieve any tracking information so I couldn't track through DPD (who the website claimed deliveries were through). Order didn't arrive. There's no phone number to contact these people and they don't respond to emails or messages. Now I'll have to apply for a charge back through my bank.

I wouldn't even give one star. Absolutely awful company, bought brownies for a friend, arrived 11 days late with no communications, no replies to emails, blocked me on social media, please avoid!! Total waste of money as brownies were stale and company are totally ignoring me. Will never order again

Awful company - do not order from!! ordered a month early to get brownies on a selected date for a Birthday.. still not arrived/no communication from them.. yet they have time to upload details to DPD the day before? website gone down now.. massive scam!! started a dispute with the bank to get money back… AVOID!!

Update: I have now been blocked on all social media.

One star is being to kind. Spent £49 two weeks ago. They’re quick to send out promotions but I haven’t recived my order. I’ve contacted them via, Instagram, Facebook and email. They haven’t responded and will be looking to go legal to get my money back. Absolute scam artists stay well clear. Wish I read reviews before buying off them.

They delivered the brownies to a dry cleaners 2.5 miles away from my house (I have a 24 hour reception at my apartment block and have no issues receiving deliveries). The delivery email stated that I also wasn't allowed to pick the brownies up until the following day so I had to change my plans and arrange to pick them up at my own expense. I sent a complaint email to the company but it has not even been acknowledged a week later. The brownies were ok but very thin for the price. It seems like they don't care once they have your money. Would not order again from here.

Sent our order to the wrong address. Asked for a copy of the order and they actually omitted the address from the order as they knew they had messed up. Please, go elsewhere for sending postal goodies. We're now pursuing a refund through our bank

Brownies resent thanks to great customer service after my querying delivery initially going astray. My friend loved her surprise birthday treat - highly recommend the Brownie Box for ordering tasty gifts for friends!

I ordered a box of brownies for a friends birthday for delivery last Wednesday and they never received it. When I tracked the order the box of brownies was sent back to the shop. I have tried contacting them via email, Instagram and messenger and I have not had any response. I also haven’t been refunded. Utterly awful service and so disappointing, that my friend never received them.

I tried to support this business and they not only didn’t fulfil my order, but I had to send 3 unanswered messages asking where it was and if I could be refunded. I waited 4 weeks for my refund to be issued and did a lot of unanswered chasing, still haven’t had any communication, still no brownies for my friend’s birthday, no apology or explanation. These people have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to running a business and the way they’ve treated me as a customer is appalling. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Delivery date not met. No email responses. Not recommended

The Brownies were great by all accounts but I paid for a personal message to go inside and they spelt my son’s name wrong. I’ve checked and I definitely requested the correct spelling. Poor rookie mistake.

This business has time to do Instagram posts but does not have time to email back a customer in need.

Their customer support is shocking, I have contacted them by text message, by phone call, and by email from their website contact form, and their lack of response is shocking.

I like to support small family-run businesses however this is horrendous and I can't support such an outfit.

This company seems more interested in the public image than in doing its job properly which is such a shame.

The brownies were dense and soggy.

I paid for gift wrap and did not get gift wrap, and the message in the box was smudged.

They do not follow the Natashas Law, they provide no ingredients with the product, and I suffered an allergic reaction, they give a QR code for allergens which is simply not good enough by legal standards or ethical standards.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this company.
