Unhappy & Terrible Service all together
Terrible customer service. One item of the order not delivered and refunded automatically without any information or communication about it. Terrible packaging, not even a 8y old kid would package it that way. 1+ month delivery wait. Process of return , complicated and unlogical, and still as of today having issues with the refund, that they claim they have sent me. Honestly , you can get "discounted" items / vente privées elsewhere, cuz this is not worth it.

I ordered clothes from Edmond via Bradery. The parcel was lost, and their customer service never replies to my messages. Still no order, still no refund – completely unacceptable!!
Unreliable delivery times
This company does not stick to their promised delivery times! I ordered on their site from Maison Héritage almost a month ago, with delivery times between 5 and 7 days. This order is still not dispatched and customer service is zero! I ordered christmas gifts and way in advance, but it will not be on time. This is the second time I ordered from them and the same thing happened the 1st time. I waited over a month for the order, this time it was a birthday gift, which I also did not have in time for the day of the birthday. Unacceptable service!! Do not rely on their delivery promises!
Wrong information on delivery date and package returned
Order #2892521 was announced delayed to the 16th of December in my account and on the 17th I notice that it is already returned back.
No accuracy on the package delivery date, leading to package being returned without a chance to pick it up.

I had 80€ worth of credit with their loyalty program. I used the amount to pay for an order. After 48h they messaged me that they had to cancel the order and that my loyalty points would not be reimbursed nor returned.
I am still in shock.

Issues with gift cards, returns, refunds, and unreliable sale start dates
While offering a gift card instead of a refund (to waive return costs) is appealing, the 6-month validity period is severely restrictive (many EU countries mandate 3-5 years).When a product purchased with a gift card is returned, the "refund" is the original gift card with the original, limited validity date. This penalizes the customer for using the card. Also, gift cards are not visible in the customer's online account, requiring the customer to manually track the email code.
Returns take a long time to process, and there are frequent errors with refunds requiring you to stay alert and contact Bradery's customer service again.
Announced sale start dates are frequently changed, sometimes by a day or more, right when the sale is supposed to begin.
