Can't login or reset password because system does not send out email. Support won't let me resign membership through them.

If I could give them no stars I would. I've tried to contact them via their website, online chat, email and WhatsApp and yet to receive a response regarding a refund!!!!

Its really a scam.
I lost my money.
Please don’t use it at all.

Absolute scam, why are you taking 3 small payments out my account a month, small enough just so I wouldn't notice?? Do not sign up to boostify you've been warned

DO NOT TRY THE SERVICE!

I used to work under Boostify and I have noticed lots of red flags within the company.

First, the employers doesn’t respond to our concerns right away. I expected them to do something to make the service that Boostify offers be better but they don’t do a thing. I also noticed a lot of complaints coming from customers that they’re being charged without their consent (and they’re unsatisfied with the service as they’re not getting what they paid for).

Second, they use fake engagements. Don’t believe their advertisements that they use real engagements because they really don’t. Even the positive reviews in this site are fake and just paid.

Third, they’re terrible with their employees. Aside from not responding to our concerns, they pay late and came to the point where they ghosted us and left us on read.

If you’re thinking of using the service, save your money for something else. They’ll just rob your money and provide you with their so-called AI service which turns out to be a fake one.

Boostify is the real deal! It’s not just another Instagram tool; it’s a game-changer. With Boostify’s help, I’ve grown my account organically.

I had no help with any traction on account and when I tried to cancel they still charged me, sending me a broken 404 link to cancel so ran over the trial period. The next day my account got hacked too which does not feel like a coincidence. Since then have chased customer service many times with getting a refund back or with the hacking issue. TERRIBLE

One of the best sites that I have tried in the recent period, the platform offers many services that are concerned with social media, from the increase of real followers of Insta, YouTube, and other social networking sites, and at very excellent prices. They also have a customer service team at a high level of excellence. The site is also characterized by speed and ease of use

I'd give 0 stars if I can. I'm subscribed but it does nothing but take my money. I've been trying to speak to someone and they say they reply immediately but no one is answering! They've take almost £50 now no result or response and I can't cancel it. This is a huge scam and their lack of support makes it all the more frustrating I want out! Why is it so hard to just go. I started off at 3.99 then 10.00 now it's £12.99 this is ridiculous. And it's every week. They will soon collect money again. I will have to block my card and get a new one to stop this. Don't start it ots an ugly scam where they don't even pretend to be useful.

All the good reviews are fake i believe. No way this is real, they 'interact' with fake accounts which makes your engament worse in the long run. Don't reply for days especially when trying to cancel a subscription. I got so many messages from creepy men asking me inappropriate things and i know its because of boostify because they say ive been watching all their sotries which is what boostify does supposedly. I was told 'we interact with thousands of people daily' but all these people aren't relevant to your content so it's such a waste of money! Do not do this it's such a hassle and now creepy knowing they can potentially find out where you live as they get into your account oh and also their insta is fake they have 120k followers with 20 views per reel? And then if you click it says 3000 likes when they only got 20 views? Make it make sense

Just got robbed by this guys!!
Made the try out of 7 days, did all they asked and they said that just needed to cancel on chat, easy! Before the end of the 7th Day told I wanted to cancel on the chat, they told me to send a email, send and email, waited for response, nothing, and now they took money from me!! I want my money back! Cant get unpunished stealing people.. And I even didnt get anything from them! They followed peoe and got like 3 or 4 followers.. I could do better by myself

There is no bot help to set up or live chat response available - replies come hours later, kinda ironic for an AI set up don't you think ?
Biggest scam of it all....Once you stop the subscriptions for example- You've subscribed for 2 months and gained followers - The very moment you stop the subscription they will take back all the followers you have gained using the product, even though you have paid them for it all....the moment you stop they reset you back to your followers number before you subscribed to the product - Racketeering springs to mind.

SCAM. UNCANCELLABLE SUBSCRIPTION. Reporting to police. All fake staff based in Istanbul. Blocked me on all contacts. No way to cancel. Had to get bank to investigate. Did not provide service. Service gets accounts banned.
