My book was ready to print two months ago. Still missing my book. Good quality on their work, but to very, very sloooow.
First book: Slow.
Second book: Slow.
Third bok: Slow.
Better comunication would be appreciated.

Their online store is a unreliable store lost 300 rs as a advance amount paid for cod , they don’t respond to Emails in Wattsup we type message I would want to dance the order they will reply we are unavailable now will contact when we are available , it’s a person who is typing message thank god dint pay the whole amount online think money i had put in temple . People can directly go and buy in store but their online store is a scam

Pathetic service i must say and the worst part is that they don’t have any option in their website for feedback. We can review the book but cant say anything about the service mybookfactory is providing.. it has been ages when i ordered my book but i cant see my book being delivered in the near future.. its better to order it from ur nearby store or amazon if it is available but never trust them.. i cant get my money back and i cant order it from anywhere else i am just left with waiting for uncertain time..

This company says one thing and does another. Prices change from the offer to when you are about to make the order and when you approach them the manager says "my business, my rules". I would not recommend this company to anyone who are going to print books.

When I received my printed books, I was horrified to find that the covers were completely damaged, since they were only shipped in a simple cart board box without a protective layer. In addition, the cover was printed in the wrong color, although this was clearly communicated in the beginning.
Unfortunately, the sides were also cut at an angle, so that there are slanted white stripes on the edges.
When I tried to find a solution with the sales manager, he replied to my messages disrespectfully and insulted me and my graphic designer.
Under no circumstances can I recommend this company to anyone.

Working with The Books Factory was one of the best experiences of my life. The way this team supported all of my interests and values are highly appreciable. There is nothing left to improve for you all. Very well done. Thank you for your cooperation.
