Wouldn’t even give them one star. They steal your money, you order what you want from the website they’ll send you a fake conformational email with a fake tracking number and take the money right out of your bank account. You won’t see what you ordered ever. Oh and Goodluck trying to contact a soul from this dumb company. They don’t exist. SCAM

Same as the other buyers I am still waiting for the Harry Potter hooded blanket since ordering in November. No replies to emails chasing the item either. Please don't waste your time or money

Harry Potter glow in the dark hooded blanket
I too ordered the Harry Potter glow in the dark Marauders map hooded blanket back in October. The sketchy shipping says it's in destination country but that's it. They say they have the option for reshipping the item or refunding the money but after like 5 emails to refund or to reship the item I have not received any response. They are a scam.

I ordered a Marauder's Map hooded blanket 19th October 2019, with a follow up email advising it had been dispatched on 23rd; I am still waiting for delivery. International delivery is quoted as 14-21 days on their website, and is equally well beyond their 45 + 2-5 business days policy regarding failed deliveries. I have emailed several times regarding my order, which haven't even been acknowledged. Terrible customer service. If I ever receive my order, it shall be the first and last time.
