They are scammers. I ordered in September. I reached out twice via email. The first time they asked for 3 business days to get back to me…nothing. I emailed support again last week. No response. So basically I was scammed. I will contact the BBB. Do not order From The Book Embosser.

Total scam! Purchased one for my daughter in October and it has not arrived. Any email address or contact info has resulted in no response. When I looked up the contact address there is no reference to this company. Shame on people like you! Would like this company to send my order to make amends for this poor business and customer relations. (Order #1450) Show you can be a better company!
