If negative reviews are possible, i would love to give that. I ordered a dreamcatcher for my wall and intimated the same on Instagram handle. After continuous follow-up and reminder, I received the parcel after 1 month. Once i opened i realised, they changed the colour of the product and made it in very weired colour combos. with cheap flowers pasted on them. It was not looking worth of 3600 at all. But when i approached that colours have been changed, she said " It is same as image" and post that i am trying to connect over calls, messages, insta , comments but no response. They are scammers. WORST Experience of making online purchase.

But they took my money and no sort of updates or anything regarding delivery

I ordered a mooncatcher from The Bohemian Store (Order ID: 14136) in March 2025, and as of today, it has been over a month with no update on the delivery status.
Despite repeated attempts to contact the store via the phone number listed on their website (7044652201), their email ID, and through various social media platforms, I have received no response whatsoever.

I had a terrible experience with this site. They take orders but completely disappear afterward. There’s no response to messages, and any attempt to contact them is met with “communication unavailable.” It feels like a scam, and I would strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable option!

My wife and I placed an order for a wall of dreamcatchers from the website, as a backdrop for our wedding. The dreamcatchers were supposed to arrive by end-December, a good three weeks before our wedding was scheduled. They never showed up. We tried getting in touch with the store, but we're ghosted for months. Meanwhile, looking at their social media, we realised the store owner was busy making dreamcatchers for her OWN engagemnt, while seemingly ignoring paid orders. Eventually, we got fed up and requested a refund, once again: Ghosted for months. A few weeks after we threatened legal action, we received an intimation from Shiprocket saying our package was being delivered in a week. No refund, no apology, no word from the store at all. Just a quiet delivery five months too late. I'm not sure if I want to hang the stupid dreamcatchers on a wall or douse it in kerosene and watch ₹5,800 go up in flames. This behaviour is worse than unprofessional. I understand it's a small business, but that's no reason for bad service. It's a sorry excuse of an e-commerce portal that deserves to crash and burn. Avoid at all costs, please, lest you have a similar experience.
