I have been trying to cancel my subscription for at least six months I have made phone calls sent emails tried through the website, but I can’t manage to get my subscription canceled. If you actually read this message, please cancel my subscription.

Love the products and the automatic sending before one runs out. So easy to add products, too. And, if you decide one product isn't for you, it's easy to cancel the item.

The soap makes my nose have red spots on it. And so does the other face things. I like the soap and the Body Firm. I was looking for something for puffy eyes. That doesn’t cost a lot. I’m on Social Security and that’s all I get.

All products are just as advertised and I have gotten great results over the last 2 years.

The products were quite impressive
But the brand is expensive
There are equally beneficial options on the internet and when u went through a trauma and ended up with far too much product by being away for six months and not knowing how to cancel ( I am autistic and struggle with communication) they were unforgiving and lost me as a lifelong client for a cheaper and equally powerful product.

Body firm is a great routine you can start on and use every single day and night. I've been using it for awhile

I shared some with my daughter and my daughter-in-law. They love it too.

It has been a disaster. I wrote the company 4 or 5 months ago and requested The Body Firm to stop sending product.
I even returned 2 shipments of product, requesting my money back.
About a week ago I received dunner letters saying I had not paid (for unwanted) product.
Someone is not minding the ship.

Delivery was on time this was not returned during delivery and was on time.

Hard to get answers

I purchase the body lotion ,Exfoliants , eye repair and facial repair . I have used many high end products from department stores that I liked very well . I think crepe erase products are as good as the higher end products and appreciate that they come in the mail on a regular schedule . Crepe erase works well and the mail delivery makes it so easy to never run out !

When u use the products religiously everyday u definitely see results . I am happy with the products.

The product is excellent. I am going to have to stop my on going subscription. The only reason is I can’t use it as fast as you send it to me. Please stop my orders. As soon as I need more I will order it. Thank you very much. Regina Marchand.
