My experience with this seller was extremely unprofessional.
I placed an order and only after waiting was told the item was out of stock. If you don’t actually have the item available, it should not be purchasable. A proper store should either show real stock levels or clearly state that items are bought on demand. Customers should not have to pay first just to find out later that the item cannot be delivered.
I was told to wait until he got out of class, which took hours. After paying, I shouldn’t have to wait around just to be informed that there is no stock. That information should be known before accepting payment.
Yes, I was refunded — but a refund does not erase the wasted time and frustration. Getting your money back after a failed order is the bare minimum, not “great customer service.”
What made the situation worse was that after I left my review, he started messaging me privately asking where I posted it and arguing repeatedly. As a customer, I felt pressured and uncomfortable. Reviews are meant to share honest experiences, not to be followed by defensive DMs.
Overall, poor stock management, poor communication, and an unprofessional way of handling criticism.
Buyers should think carefully before purchasing.
