Update: I got your reply and you must out of your mine if you going to lie to others about this review and me not being a verified as a customer. I requested my money back which I'm pretty sure you will not give me my cash that was taken from my card right away befor i got your bogus item. I'm sure your scheme is the store credit BS. I didn't pay with store credit so if you're going to be silly then be my guess. And Trustpilot is allowing them to Flagg reviews for removal that was around years ago. My bad experience with them happened on 6/3/2021 and that's when the review was written. Fast-forward to 3 years later they are flaggin reviews from years ago for "defamation" how laughable? So if you had a bad experience with them now or years ago then good luck they don't refund money for the cheaply made materials they are clearly getting from those Chinese websites and they will flag your review for defamation. Keep flagging bad reviews here all you want there are many other places to post reviews for your bad products.

Defamation is any false information that harms the reputation of a person, business, or organization. This reviewer has repeatedly not provided proof of their supposed "bad experience" that supposedly happened nearly 4 years ago. No receipts, no emails, no invoices, nothing -- no proof.
Trustpilot proclaims that they "fight fake reviews" but when I request info from this reviewer (THREE TIMES!) and they don't respond, Trustpilot just shrugs their shoulders and emails: "Unfortunately, Sevensecondsaway hasn’t replied to your request for more information about their experience. What next? You can write a reply if you haven’t already, or flag the review." That's it. No attempt at verification. None. Trustpilot makes no attempt to verify this review and knows that this reviewer has not verified their "experience" and yet allows the defamation to stand. That is certainly not fighting fake reviews. In fact, it looks a lot like complicity.
We flagged this fraudulent (THIRD!) review for defamation from this obsessive wackjob (it's ok, Trustpilot allows defamation) and this is what the mobsters at Trustpilot had to say:

What I paid for vs what i got.
Updated 2024 (because the seller felt the need to update their reply 4 years later to attempt to call me out):
The seller attempted to get this review removed as defamatory (which would require it be false or malicious) when the majority of it was comprised of fact and minor speculation. The areas at issue will have the original text preserved in [] for context.
TL;DR: if you want to know why 1/5, read the reply to my review (provided the seller doesn't remove the original text).
Bought a corset from them for my SOs birthday.
Customer service was prompt and gave me a return when I asked, though this could be because i threatened them with a chargeback. Product was not as described and the list of issues is as follows, minus the pictures:
• shoulder straps so long they are useless
• shape is not as depicted in product photos
• product design is effectively a cheap low quality reproduction of what is represented in the product images
• none of the eyelets are the correct size or spacing (minor but I’m mentioning it)
• the lace at the top is straight up not the same as the picture
• side chains also not as depicted, thickness or design
• extra unknown item on the side, not mentioned in images or product description, and I severely hope this isn’t supposed to be some kind of undergarment because it's material composition and lack of gusset means it's going to be incredibly uncomfortable and possibly a health issue (look up why underwear of all types need a gusset).

• most importantly the item is claimed to be spandex and fake leather, the tag states it is 10% spandex and 90% polyester (which is NOT fake leather)
• claims to be a shape trainer, defiantly not as there is no shape to this product (unless the shape you are going for is rectangle).
I can confirm the owner/"seller" is not part of a conglomerate as they would never let a customer be spoken to like this. If I have treated a customer with this level of professionalism in my 8 years working in customer service I'd have been fired on the spot.

I'm not even sure this review, or the fight to remove it, matters as the site has pivoted to using affiliate links and no longer directly sells any products. I'll admit I was angry at the seller in 2020, after a slew of hard ship I finally managed to buy something very dear to my SO as an incredibly late birthday present for the first time in years and we had both our spirits crushed, and now it is very clear that the seller was just drop shipping from Amazon and Hanlon's razor dictates that I should attribute that to either:
1) carelessness on their part for not picking a product that matched what they were claiming to sell or
2) not vetting the quality of the product they were attempt to dropship. We all know the woes of not getting what you thought from some mystery Amazon seller (as an aside, DO NOT ever by BDSM gear from Amazon for this reason regardless of who recommends it).
And as a reply to the original message which I thought better of at the time (and I did not bother to reread): No, there was not a lot to unpack in my review. It was a list of facts about the product, you just felt attacked and decided to retaliate. This is a review service for your business, not reddit.

It was not simply a list of facts about the product; it was a rambling, unjustified, venomous, defamatory attack on our business and yep, we retaliate when attacked. Lastly, psychological projection is an interesting thing and so many people do it. If the reviewer truly believed this was a review service and not reddit, they would have simply stuck to the facts -- "don't like the product; here's why; received an immediate full refund; 1-star; etc" rather than ramble on and editorialize to the point of defamation. But don't worry, Trustpilot condones defamation, so it's ok.

The site was great, then I recieved an email stating both items were in one package and delivered. Only to find 1 item. After a few emails it was resolved but if I had not looked into it I'm not sure my second item would have been shipped. Frustrating.

I attempted to contact and never got a response. I returned the one of the wrong size and never received any response to that either. I was not ambushing. Simply stating my OPINION. That is what a review is... an opinion. As far as not receiving any further refunds, whatever. I am not concerned about that. I can now add that, IN MY OPINION, the response received, I do not see any sort of professionalism in handling this matter. No further business will ever be conducted with the company.

This 2-star ambush review is the first we've heard of this corset not being delivered. Customer never contacted us first to resolve this. Customer has now been refunded for the item which was not received. As for any sizing issues, our return policy is for 7 days after receipt of the item(s). Customer never contacted us about sizing issues, and it has been long past 7 days. Sadly, given the customer's chosen tactics, any hope for further refunds (which we would have possibly considered) is long gone since we don't negotiate with terrorists.
EDIT: Customer never contacted us about anything, nor did she return anything. If she can provide us with copies/screenshots of emails sent to us and tracking then we will gladly update this response to reflect that. As for our supposed lack of professionalism, well, if refunding people the instant we find out that there is a legitimate problem is unprofessional, then yes, we are unprofessional af.

Our Return Policy is 7 days after item is received. Customer contacted after 14 days wanting a refund, which was denied, then requested that we waive their final AfterPay payment, which was also denied, but is also not possible since we don't own AfterPay, so customer was told to contact Afterpay and/or their bank.

It's an even bigger shame that Trustpilot allows this to happen. This customer either lied or is mistaken. We have proof that they were informed it would arrive by 12/21. Where they got 12/10 is beyond us, but the important part is that it is an untrue statement and is the basis for this bad review that has damaged our reputation. Trustpilot's so-called "Integrity Team" feels that this inaccurate 2-star review is a-ok, making Trustpilot complicit in defamation.
