Very reasonably priced and excellent addition to Cockatiels diet
Very reasonably priced, quick delivery and very well packed. My cockatiel is getting to like this food after breaking the pellets in half and hand feeding him, tried one myself to show him it was food! Now he eats it along with his other foods mixed in.

New Carrier needed
My order was placed early afternoon on 31 August. It eventually arrived halfway through a FOUR hour delivery slot on 8 September.
This probably due to Royal Mail the carrier. They are rubbish for anything that doesn't fit through the letterbox. Have had problems with them before. You can't collect item until after second failed delivery and their office closes at 10:00!

Produced fit like a glove
I have a Rio Ara bird cage and needed more bowls.
I ordered the nova replacement bowls as they are the same bowel and they fit perfectly.
This is the first time ordering from this website and I wasn't disappointed.
Product was as described and delivery was fast. Product was well packaged and I couldn't be happy.

Thank you for your feedback and we do offer a collection service but not for frozen food. The reason for this that all our frozen items are despatched direct from the supplier, thereby saving our customer's additional costs as we would have to provide freezer facilities and also specialised packaging. Your order was picked, packed and despatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail 48 but delivery was also interrupted by a weekend. Should a customer ever need a product urgently we are always willing to upgrade to Royal Mail 24. We hope this helps.
