I ordered a product in August that I never received. It is now almost October and I have not received the product or a refund… their customer service is awful. I will write this one off but buyer beware!!!!

Off) and was told it does the same thing. It is not the same and I want what I ordered. After this they would not reply to me and I am stuck with something I didn’t order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I will not use this company again. I have had issues with non delivery and now after waiting 2 weeks for order, I chased up to be told they have no stock and no longer supplying the hyra essence. I opened a case on PAYPAL to be told by the company that unless I closed the case it would take a long time to get my money - it was amazing how quick they respond when you open a case with PAYPAL.
I never got my parcel because the delivery company screwed up. I asked 3 times BIOAQUA customer service to raise a claim to the delivery company for me (which is the only way to get a refund), they replied they didn’t do anything wrong and refused to help. Wow.
This is not a trustworthy website. I bought a product that has yet to be here. I write an email to the company only for them to not respond (I wrote five times) Im very dissapointed since i can't get a refund. Do not buy from here.
My experience with this company has been amazing. Although the products took a while to reach but it arrived exactly as I have ordered with nothing broken or damaged inside. The products have now become an essential part for my daily skin care routine and have met my expectations. Thanks
