I brought my bike here for a bottom bracket replacement. Some time later, I had to bring it to another mechanic, who found the same bottom bracket in place and a lot of old dirt and mud accumulated in the area. Considering I only rode the bike a few times after their service, this left me with serious doubts about the quality of the work carried out here.

I also don’t feel there is much transparency or accountability when it comes to admitting mistakes. This experience made me lose confidence, and I personally will not return.

For me, a bike is more than transport — it’s a passion. I expect care and professionalism, which unfortunately I did not find here.

I bought my children two Marlin Mountain bikes here two years ago. The guys in the shop are super knowledgeable and very helpful. No hard sells, but you are getting advice from lads who use the equipment which is a great help to know. Recently booked and rented a bike bag. Same helpful experience and just reminded me what a great place this was for any of your bike needs.

Every dealing I have had with any member of staff in the Bike Rack has been exceptional. Service very good and delivery next day excellent. Very friendly to deal with. Thank you, Adrian.

Keep saying it's coming from a warehouse and it on its way. Got my name wrong on the email so my guess is they are copying and pasting to everyone, thank God I uses PayPal never again please don't use them

They sell something that they don't have in own stock... When you send them email why your order its not shipped after 5 days you get answer that's your item is from other company and bikeshop waiting for it to stock??? really? so why you have it on stock on the page when you don't have? The reason why I ordered this from this shop because is was in stock... Last time!
