Item was never sent
Ordered item on 9th December that was a Christmas gift. It never arrived. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company through the email address and contact form on their website I got no response. I eventually found a phone number on their Facebook page at the beginning of January and managed to make contact with someone who advised me my item must’ve been lost in transit. It wasn’t as I never had any from the Shop app on its transit or that it had even been dispatched. The company did then send out the item and I received it on 15th January but it was frustrating to have little acknowledgement or apology for the error from the company regarding my original order.
