We purchased a mobile coffee unit from The Big Coffee and while it initially appeared to meet our needs, serious issues have since come to light.
The most alarming problem was exposed wires from the coffee machine socket, posing a significant safety hazard. Such oversight is completely unacceptable, especially for a unit designed for business use.
We’ve now had to pay for a complete rewiring of the unit due to the substandard and unsafe electrical work during its construction. It’s clear that The Big Coffee focuses more on glossy marketing and appearances rather than delivering a quality and safe product.
Who knows what other issues may still be uncovered? We are now considering seeking assistance from Trading Standards to address these ongoing problems. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, downtime, and expense for our small business. I cannot recommend this supplier to anyone looking for a reliable unit.

I bought a little Apé 50 to sell coffee at markets. Best move I ever made. Everyone absolutely loves it and it gives me the freedom to earn extra income when I want. Thanks to the team who were all fantastic.
