Pitiful Sorry Company

The order took a whole month to arrive. I made contact by email and phone. Finally after I made the last call they said they will process the order and send it. My order arrived with 2 items missing. I gave the company a call to let them know. The company said they would refund me or replace the 2 bottles. I asked for a replacement. I never got the w bottles. What a rip off and poor customer service. Don't waste your time or money with this store.

Avoid Mobile Bevvy

Avoid Mobile Bevvy — No Product, No Response
I ordered a 20L keg from Mobile Bevvy on 29/06/2025 and have received nothing since. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, there has been no response at all. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Hopefully they see this and actually get back to me.

Terrible experience.. Worst online ordering experience ever. Also look on FB for other bad reviews on this business!

Terrible experience... Tim the sales rep was rude on telephone when I placed the order on 2-5-25. It was a gift to a friend and not received until 2-21-25.
They will not answer the phone nor reply to voice messages!

I had an excellent experience.

I had an excellent experience buying online from The Bevy Store. I ordered 2 x 70cl bottles of Brookies Slow Gin (yes that IS the correct spelling) from The Bevy Store as not many places in the UK stock it. After placing the order I was contacted to say unfortunately the 70cl bottles were out of stock and would I be happy with 4 x 35cl bottles instead. I confirmed I was happy and in reply they said they would add an extra gift alongside the Slow Gin. The Bevy Store were fast and efficient, helpful and polite and the cost of the gin was very competitive. So would I use them again and would I recommend them... Absolutely!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, really recommend this store. There were some issues with my delivery (delivery company's fault) and The Bevy Store responded immediately and went out their way to fix it.

Delicious cocktails delivered on time

Delicious cocktails delivered on time. Highly reccomend the blood orange margarita or Panther Milk.

Will definitely be using these guys in future when I can't be bothered heading out to the pub!
