THe delivery was excellent, these people seem to know what they are talking about , however, the customer service is rather poor.
If, like most of us, you don't fully understand the technology behind the products you may find what you order is unsuitable. Don't even think about trying to send it back, these people just don't want to know and use B2B excuses as to why you cannot return a product. Quite disgraceful really. We offered to pay the shipping that they had paid to get the item to us plus return it at our cost but no joy. Not a very pleasant experience.

Had a look around the internet and spoke to plenty of different suppliers but these lot just seemed happy to go above a beyond. Excellent customer service (define wow factor) and very knowledgeable so I'll keep coming back to buy from them any day of the week...

Also, quick delivery which was crucial for me, especially being that I work in a fast pace and always changing environment.

What can I say, I saw, very attractive price, I clicked and I ordered and received my phone within a few days.
The only minor issue was that the address label didn't have my name printed on it, so I didn't realise the package was for me as it was delivered at work.

very quick and efficient service

we purchased 6 headsets in total to be sent to 3 different locations and they were all delivered the next day even thou the last order wasn't submitted until just before 3pm the deadline for next day delivery.
Communication with the company was all done via email and response was very quick headsets were very good quality, would certainly recommend them.

Used the free standard delivery service and got it on day 3. All items in good conditions and no problems. Usual auto confirmations on order received, despatched etc.

We had order a number of USB phones and they arrived in time the following day. They refunded us the delivery costs on a larger order immediately after.

We purchased these Polycom headsets to work with Lync and they work a treat. Very pleased and very economical as handsets go.

The website was very clear and helpful. When we did have a question it was great to be able to phone up and talk to a real person in the UK.
We placed and our order the goods arrived very promptly as indicated.

Well, TheBestComms served me, though my first transaction/purchase was frustrating. There was an issue of being stock when trying to create an account for my first purchase, which after it when through, I didn't get my order. I placed a call through and I was told there was an issue with my payment on there system, of multiply order. An apology was made and I was told it will be delivered in, I think 2hrs thereabout, and it was in time. After checking the package, PSU was missing which I placed a call to TheBestcomms again. They apologised and give a time of delivery which was also in time. With this challenges as a new customer, I still recommend TheBestComms for purchase.
