Very pleased with the mattress i bought. Very firm, and very affordable. Customer Service 10/10, so friendly and helpful. Was recommended to me, and they were right! Delivery guys were also delightful.

Easy online buying
Easy online buying. Clear pricing and product descriptions. Able to respond to Confirmation email with a query about old mattress uplift. Phone call the following morning from The Bed Shop to add mattress uplift to order and choose delivery date. Great customer service. Goods arrived within afternoon delivery window and placed in the appropriate rooms by delivery men. Very happy with whole buying process. Highly recommend

Great service, excellent bed
Very welcoming staff. My wife and I were served by Gordon, who was informative, patient, and gave us space to take our time with trying each bed and talking with each other. We made the order for our bed online after two weeks, once we had considered a few other factors. Bed arrived another two weeks or so after that with no issues.

Fantastic service and quality beds
Fantastic service and quality beds.
I went down to the shop and discussed my requirements for a new bed. I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff and ordered straight away. It was delivered, assembled very quickly and the guys removed my old bed and disposed it. I highly recommend The Bed Shop at Bonnington Road.

I had to buy without seeing as I live out of Edinburgh for some of the time and Gordon was extremely helpful accommodating the times I was available.
The guys putting the beds in and away were polite and helpful.
All great.
I would highly recommend this company.
