Communication and product amazing

I bought their product a little over a year ago, and I had a small problem, but they fixed it right away.

Their customer service is fantastic, and the beard trimmer is amazing. I’m definitely sticking with them!

I am extremely unimpressed with this company. I emailed them to request a return on my package, and they agreed and sent me an address to mail the package back to. They assured me I would be reimbursed after it was processed on their end. That was a month and a half ago and I was never reimbursed. I emailed several times to check on the status of my return, and I even received verification it was delivered from UPS. Literally stole my money and they are ghosting me now.

I bought a trimmer from a third party supplier and they wouldn't send me a $.05 screw to replace it. Horrible customer service.

Original order came in quick & is packed very well. Forgot it was a subscription & they don't have a number to call, but holy cow did they respond fast in the middle of the night for east coast. Smoothest email support ive ever had. If it's automated, must be some form of Ai & very good at that. Quickly canceled my subscriptions & refunded my order before it shipped! ( I responded to the charge within like 1hr) Thanks! Beard club kicks ass.

They were polite, professional and respectful. This is a great company with great products and even better customer service.

Amazing and very useful products, their products have a very very good price and quality plus not to mention the scents available for them are manly and very strong, to top it off their customer service is top tier fast, and a variety of options is given to accommodate your needs

I needed to access the link and follow my order but link was not active for me. So I emailed the source of the your email. Within perhaps 15 minutes, I received another email with an active link. I was able to get on the link and read when my product is to arrive.

The products are working great. Delivery was quick and the instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend

The products are top notch. I especially like the beard vitamins and spray vitamins.

I had two subscriptions because I love the products so much. By just responding to an email, I requested to have the two subscriptions merged into one that ship at the same time. They sent a reply within minutes making sure I wanted all the products included and when I was wanting the items to ship. I took out items I don't go through as quickly, and they got back to me with a confirmation again, within minutes!
