They dont even deserve 1 star.

They dont even deserve 1 star.
I have bought 500 dollar gift card from center point mal.
I ask them few times can i buy online store as well by this card.
They said yes for sure.
After buying that i cant even buy any thing from any store.
No one give me right answer .
They just say we will sent you new card to your email by 24 hours. Notbing has been sent.
I went there every couple of day.
But today the iranian manager disapeared insted of solving my problem.
Dont trust them.
Theres no customer service.
Just they left you at the phone line for hours to get you disapointed with out any answer.
I just share my experience to not make mistake as me.
They unreiable.
And just want to get you tired of persuing

I’d give zero stars if I could

I’d give zero stars if I could. The downtown Bay store in Vancouver needs to just give up and shut down for good. Staff are painfully unfriendly. And every elevator and escalator is out of service. And this is a regular occurrence. Don’t waste your time/money/sanity.

Terrible services

Terrible services. Bought some bowls from them online, came in simply single layer wrapped in a very large box with a lot of empty space, half of them were broken in the package.
Contacted customer service both through Email with photo and called, didn't get resolution.

The Bay

The Bay, Fairview mall Point Clair
Chanel counter. My worst experience
Was on Saturday December 16th 2023.
There were three sales persons one was busy with a customer.
Other two was so passive aggressive.
Didn't want to answer my questions
Ignored walked away while I was still talking. The item I asked was not available.
I went to buy a few items bought only one product.
That too she gave me the wrong colour.
The worst sales person was the Asian looking sales Clark.
N the older one had her nose up in the air. the one who was serving the customer seemed nice.
I have asked my Family N friends not to go to Chanel At the Bay.
There are other shops that sell this brand. Most of my family go this shop to buy Christmas gifts.
No more Chanel for me from this store.

The Bay has horrible service now

The Bay has horrible service now. I’ve had nothing but the runaround with my order, which still hasn’t been shipped even though I paid extra for express shipping. It’s just sitting there. I try calling in several times and wait for 20-30 minutes each time to be told there’s nothing to be done. If you schedule a call back, it hangs up on you when they call. They “can’t” cancel the order, so everything is stuck in limbo. OH and when I process a return ( if it ever arrives) I’ll be charged a processing fee. Yay. Do yourself a favour, because if you can’t buy it in the store it isn’t worth the hassle of trying to deal with this company anymore. I used to love the Bay but I don’t think I’ll ever shop here again after this.

I ordered some earrings seller CZC

I ordered some earrings seller CZC, 10 minutes later I changed my mind and TRIED to cancel. Sent seller message asking to cancel. They didn't reply for a week, when they did said it had already shipped. 2 weeks today, when I track order it says data has been created but has not been picked up by courier. Will return when I get it , but I am sure it will be another nightmare process.

The worst consumer service ever

The worst consumer service ever. Simple ask to change my email address become a nightmare. My reward points and money are gone, my account is impossible to use, the associates on the phone are rude. They don't know what they are doing. On my email request to fix the problem, no one is reacting. Horrible, absolute horrible service.

No Boots, No Refund, No Hope

After reading the negative reviews about the shipping company, I don't think I'll ever get my boots or my money back but here goes.
I ordered a pair of boots at the end of September. After not receiving them for weeks, I decided to take the matter into my own hands and go to the Intelcom depot in Calgary. No one there could help me and the place looked completely disorganized anyway. I've contacted HBC Customer Service numerous times but nothing has been done. Too bad because I really wanted those boots.
I used to work at The Bay and online ordering when they used Canada Post was great! Had I know that my boots were coming from a third party vendor and that Canada Post isn't the courier of choice now, I wouldn't have taken a chance with ordering. This isn't the same company it once was. I don't order much online and now I remember why. You just can't trust The Bay anymore.

Purchased an item from the Bay online…

Purchased an item from the Bay online and received the item 3 days later (which is great), however two days from receiving the item, that item went on sale (30% off sale). Contacted the Bay to request a refund of the difference and was told that their online is not the same a purchasing in person; I was told that online purchases are 'Market Place' purchases and do not qualify for the price match refund. It does not indicate this anywhere when purchasing.

To add to the frustration, I was at the Vancouver Bay store and went to try on the item and was told that the vendor (Rodd and Gunn) was a partner vendor and that only a representative from Rodd and Gunn could assist me. The R and G representative was no where to be seen and so I left and thought it was easier to purchase online. That was a mistake - I will simply not ever purchase anything from the Bay, online or in person. I gather the Hudson Bay is not what it was and will likely not be around soon if they continue to take advantage of loyal customers this way.

Package never arrived and they refused…

Package never arrived and they refused to issue me a refund. Intelcom service through the Hudsons Bay said they delivered my package which was no where to be found, then it said delivered at 1am the next day??? 1 am delivery, weird. I went down, no package. Customer service at Intelcom just said, "Well, I guess its lost then, contact Hudson Bay for refund". WFT! Hudsons Bay wont issue a refund until I file a police report. What a big waste of my time! Warning: Do not order from Hudsons Bay online with Intelcom delivery if you want to see your packages! Also, the driver, Baldeep/Rajbir Singh took pic of a mail room that isnt even in my building!!! No one cares....what a joke! If you deliver a package take a picture of the package and where you left it, otherwise you look suspicious!!!

I had placed an order for $1000.00 on…

I had placed an order for $1000.00 on Nov 5, and the promotion was 40 times rewards points. Once I placed the order, I did not get 40 times reward points, only the basic points. I contacted customer service a few times, and the ladies hung up the phone and refused to adjust the reward point. I was so upset. I will return everything to the Hudson Bay. Please do not order anything from Hudson Bay—shop where else.

Order has been stolen, the delivery company put order in outside of the store and the bay said the package has been delivered, is not their responsibility, I should give the bay no star ,no wonder the Hudson Bay business is outage, so disappointed

Many reviews online about Intelcom stealing packages and yet the Bay still does business with them! Before Intelcom never had any issues with delivers - Canada Post rocks!
Yeah the Final Sale stuff sucks - but I just buy less now since a lot of stuff is final sale - like how do you know if it's gonna fit! But this is about shipping and to stop using Itelcom!

Pay attention if you purchase a final sale

Pay attention if you purchase a final sale on line. There is no way you would get a credit for it, or return it even if you explain to the costumer service that the item does not look like in the picture or it s poor quality, they stick to the rules.

The Bay in Vancouver is 6 stories with…

The Bay in Vancouver is 6 stories with escalators and 4 elevators. All escalator above the 2nd floor have been out of service for weeks and two of the four elevators have also been out of service for weeks. Not sure how they expect to do business when you have to walk up 6 floors. In addition the store has not been maintained. Quite frankly it has turned into a pit.

Very Frustrating Shopping Experience

I purchased an expensive large sofa at the bay and the delivery process + the customer service have been nothing short of a nightmare. I paid $99 on top of my bill for delivery and so far, my order has been delayed 5 times (a total of 35 days of delay) without a semblance of compensation or customer support. The last delay happened without even informing me and I'm still waiting for my item to be delivered. The customer service line is horrible and connecting to a supervisor takes forever (I was on a call for 90 minutes until I got connected). I'm never shopping at Hudson Bay again!

Sending me promotional emails despite saying no

December 2022 I bought a luggage bag at St.vital mall Hudsons Bay. They told me that I needed to give my email for the receipt - very stupid. I needed the receipt to sign up for the warranty. I said then that I don't want to be signed up for promotional emails.... now September 2023 - I'm getting promotional emails?? I have not shopped at Hudson's Bay since - I'm not even in Canada anymore. I never opted into promotional emails - why are they happening now.

Worst Company Ever

This company has seriously gone down hill over the years, especially since COVID. I ordered an item on marketplace that went on sale significantly after I bought it, well within the price adjustment window and they said I needed to talk to the seller. I spoke to the seller who said it would be Hudson’s Bay. I was involved in a back and forth for a long time with the Bay, the seller tried to do all they could. The Bay wouldn’t back down and their customer service was horrendous. Their website specifically says it honours price adjustments within 7 days, and does not have a clause that excludes marketplace items. Just absolute terrible customer service. Now I have to ship the item back (they won’t even cover return shipping) and re purchase it directly from the seller to get the lowered price. It’s an huge hassle. Avoid this place and shop directly from the seller. I hope this company closes, honestly.
