Absolute rubbish. given the negative feedback and non-exsistent refunds, I will add to the list of people saying dont buy! 9ah milwalkee batteries drained within 30seconds on a grinder and now wont charge x2 of purchased. 1 week old

Absolute junk.. I order 4 Milwaukee batteries, waited over a month to arrive, 3 didn't work and wouldn't charge... they wouldn't reply to emails... so i had to lodge a PayPal claim, send them back at my cost and now still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later... thieves

Thgis company is fraud they got my money $ 140.00 but i got nothing, no refund or goods emailed no reply told i will let all know about this company then a guy " Kenny" was schoked and promise fix asap refund or new shipping but i have seen nothing please keep your $$$ and buy elsewere. Brought a battery to battery outlet. Asked them to test battery. To see if it was bad. They took battery to test it. Came back 10 to 15 minutes later. Told me battery was no good. Now I know to test a battery they should told me they have to keep it over night. Especially because it only had 3.5 volts in a 12 volt car battery. But instead I was told battery was bad. We have a new battery in stock for $100.00 plus a $15.00 core. I then left the store with the battery I brought in to have tested. Took the battery home. Put it on my battery charger. Charged the battery. And have been using it now for 6 to 8 weeks. No problems. Point is be careful you are not getting ripped off!

The Batteries are rubbish. Of the two I purchased in August one has failed completely and the other has less capacity than an original smaller batterf from Makita.
The two batteries were 7ah battereis the original are 3ah. This company is a fraud.
I have tried to conatct them for a credit or replacement. No response. The company should be stopped from selling the product.
Credit companies should no longer support the company with credit facilities.

Don't buy this inferior, cheap, pathetic useless batteries under any circumstances.. it popped and blew up in my hand from only using about 4 times .. they should be reported and not allowed to sell this fake, dangerous scam product..

Wish I had read the reviews first! Scum bag company selling absolute useless rubbish. Requested a video of faulty goods which was sent and no response. I have advised NSW fair trading and strongly suggest others ripped off by this company do the same!

I emailed them on the 5/7, then the 8/8 and no response

I also got charged international fees and at no stage did it say this site was overseas , I got scammed

This company should be removed from selling sites, it has no customer service it does not answer delivery problems, and finally it does not send the goods that are purchased you have to chase them to find out where the goods are! and then they disappear. My recommendations are do not deal with this outfit they are terrible.

Clearly this company has gone significantly downhill. I purchased two Makita batteries from them early in 2021 and they arrived promptly and work fine. Decided to order from them again and didn’t check any reviews. Wish I had checked Trustpilot before I had. Three weeks on and no sign of the batteries and charger that I ordered. Thankfully the order was over £100 so I was able to make a section 75 claim on my credit card. I’ll be going directly to a trusted provider now.

Rubbish company ordered 2 batteries still not received sent several emails but no response lost £77 DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE

I've ordered a dewalt battery 3 weeks ago, tried to get a delivery date by email a few times but no response. Wish I had saw these reviews before ordering, looks like I am going to be just over £40 out of pocket and no battery turning up.

Ordered 2 paslode batteries on 22nd February still not received sent 4 emails still not a reply pure scam

I have contacted the battery outlet by email (including my initial order) 4 times re the non delivery of a twin pack of Dewalt 18V XR batteries. They have not responded to any of my emails.
I am now requesting a refund of my order.

This is a scam I have reported to Trading Standards.

No delivery of goods paid for and do not reply to any type of contact.
Please beware and stay clear

these people are con men bought 2 Dewalt batteries they had light use 3 months then stopped charging, paid £74.70 just wish I did a bit more back ground checking on them, will talking to my credit card company to see what they can do.
