The basket was bought to match one bought a few years ago from you, which is neither honey nor grey and buff in colour and the wicker is a noticeably smaller gauge/ diameter, when they are placed side by side. So disappointing.

All our baskets are handmade from natural materials and as a consequence we get shade and size variations as advertised on all our listings. When a customer orders multiple baskets at the same time, we always do our best to match the baskets up. Gilly W Antique wash basket with lining.
I am really pleased with my new antique laundry basket. The size is exactly the same as that stated on the website although I was totally prepared for the +/- 5%. It looks very well made. It was well packaged and arrived within the stated timeframe. Thank you

Brilliant customer service
I recently bought some wicker baskets from basket company and I bought one just to see if it would match and unfortunately they didn’t have any more in stock, but a quick email and they said they were due to get some more and they would let me know, which they did and I called them and were very helpful and I ordered more but they checked and sent me pictures to make sure they were correct, I would recommend them to friends and family.
