As others have said a fraudulent website. When contacted by phone number on their website it doesn’t even connect and the email address just bounces back. The email at the bottom of shopify receipt states a gmail address to a youngkatherineu. Avoid at all costs. Raised a complaint with bank and shopify
I suspect after paying out £70 of hard saved money , for a gift for daughter that this is indeed a scam site .
FRADULENT WEBSITE! Do not use this website, The Baby Rack in Hayes do not sell electrical baby goods, they sell baby clothes. Their real website is .co.uk, not .com!
I ordered a baby monitor on this website and still did not receive a notification of dispatch within a week. I rang the number provided by Shopify and it was not in service, I also emailed the email address provided and got a bounce back. I then googled The Baby Rack and called their landline which is where I was told by the shop owner that this is a fraudulent website and they are trying to get it taken down as they've copied their website and also copied their location etc etc. Do not order from here!
Beware of this web site as it is probably a scam. The contact details are identical to ‘the Babyrack.co.uk’ but the two are not connected. The payment system uses shopify which gives the impression that the site is legitimate. My suspicions were raised having received no confirmation of a purchase and a UK mobile number which does not ring.
