It’s been over a week since I ordered with yourselves. Item still not arrived and the only correspondence I’ve had from your company is chasing some other item that you have sent me in error. Not a word about my item.

When I enquired the whereabouts of my item I was advised that it had been sent to someone else by mistake and you were waiting for it to be returned. Only then would it be sent on to me if I still wanted it.
