Baby Equipment Complete was established in 1976 and quickly nicknamed The Baby Farm, because we are based on a farm, the name stuck and as everybody seem to know us as the baby farm we decided we’d keep the name (no we don’t farm babies) In 1999 we launched our website, back then it was a very basic 3 pages with a few photos. We started selling on-line at the beginning of 2004 supplying baby equipment and toys all over the country. New train platform
Our order of wooden train accessories arrived very quickly from The Baby Farm via 24 hour Royal Mail and well boxed and packaged. Grandson just loves his new additions to his wooden train track. Will shop again via The Baby Farm website. Thank you.

Very speedy delivery, but………………
Very speedy delivery. Make sure you are completely sure on product as you will be charged £15 for returning an item. They are part of the pay to return online culture which will be the demise of online shopping. Also very slow to pick up phones

There was a small problem with the item that I ordered (manufacturers fault). The Baby Farm sorted the issue immediately and had a replacement sent to me the next day. Great customer service, thank you. I will definitely order from you again.
