Falsely advertised and broke immediately
I ordered a pair of flat back earrings from here. Firstly they took A MONTH to arrive. Then, the second I unscrewed them, they snapped off the back and broke.
Also, the picture showed the backs being the screw on, but that wasn't what it looked like. Instead the front unscrewed and you had to put the screw through your ear. It looked really unsafe and unhygienic.
Finally, it took 8 emails to them to finally get a refund. They mainly kept offering rubbish like 20% partial refund AND a free item. Etc.I had to really push them to get them to refund me.
Honestly, it's a scam. Don't do it! If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
I ordered the cubic zirconia flat back studs and they’re literally perfect. The shine is just right and so far they’re holding up and didn’t tarnish after a couple of showers. I also got free bag charms which are also so pretty in different colors.
Avoid this company! Took 10 days for my item to even be shipped despite apparently having priority shipping? Then ended up never receiving the item due the courier ‘losing it’ I have been in contact with Azura giving them every bit of proof I can over the fact I did not receive what I paid for and they come back offering a 20% partial refund? So I’d be out of pocket over a situation completely out of my control?? I’ve spent the last 4 days now emailing back that I’m not happy with that and still waiting on a reply - typical. I think it’s disgusting to offer such a low refund when you don’t receive the what you’ve spent your hard worked money on, no customer should be out of pocket! it’s the companies responsibility to claim from the courier company they have used and to offer either a full refund or a replacement to the customer. I’m fuming! After a month of stress with this company I’m still trying to get a response to claim a refund which I doubt at this point I’ll get.
I ordered the Sakura Clover Bracelets which came in a pair (the silver and pink one) for my daughters birthday and she wears them all the time!! the delivery was faster than they stated on their website which was a huge plus++
I ordered a bunch of flat back earrings and they're absolutely stunning. the delivery did take a bit longer than expected though, but overall really happy with the purchase!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE - IT IS A SCAM - THE SITE SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN - WISH I KNEW HOW TO REPORT IT - TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY AND NOT GIVING THEM THE PRODUCT
SHOCKING
REPORT TO YOUR BANK IF YOU PAID BY CARD
SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!!
I ordered more than 100 pounds from this online shop, and it's been 15 days, and my order has never been dispatched. The website looks legit; it came through Google. Now I realised they don't even have an Instagram account. Just stay away!
