Need to be honest with your customers
I like this company and its products, while in the UK I purchased various items on couple of occasions and never had any issues.
EU branch is different story. I placed order which value is almost 300eur, 10 working days ago, it is still showing as yet to be processed. Customer services last week didn't give any update, just general talk about this being dealt with and I will be updated with tracking number soon.
Really shame, I might start looking for other companies, that sell Ayurvedic skin care products.
