Placed an order on 1st Nov, which is showing as not even packed never mind delivered and it is now 15th Nov!
This was a product I bought as a gift for a birthday - well that has come and gone so I had to find something else.
I have emailed CS who are looking into the status of my order.
This oil needs to be amazing (if it ever arrives) to make up for the poor service!

Well packaged & quick service. I have not used it a lot so cannot say too much although the oil supposed to tighten arm skin etc is still in progress.

I originally ordered the Balaayah Black Gram oil which came with a free sample of the Yauvari face oil. The Black Gram oil was nice but my favorite was the Yauvari face oil. I never expected an oil product to make my face feel as nice as this does. I’ve ordered again and will be ordering more!

I ordered 10/28. I understand maybe 2 business days to process the order. However, it is day 5. I've called twice today and left messages with no response. If not hear back by end of day, I'm calling my CC company to stop payment on the order. Update: Got a response back this morning - Sat - order in transit. Never received anything that it shipped? Hopefully products are as remarkable as claimed. I'll see....got the product finally today after 2 weeks. Hopefully it lives up to its name! Will post after experiencing the product - today - 11/8

These products arrived quickly and are beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, they left my skin drier than usual. I contacted customer services to request my money back within the 30 days. They were slow to reply to my email but after posting a review they contacted me and issued a full refund. They were very polite in all their correspondence.

High quality products. Pending on your location in the world you may not have access to purchase those products. Same for the delivery time. But it is very well on their web page explained. Excellent customer service, but it may take a few days to get back to you, which I did not mind. If you are sensitive to Essential oils. Do not buy any of these products (daaahhh!). Sometimes delivered from the States, sometimes products are delivered from India.

I have been using products from these guys for quite a few months and wouldn’t be without them now! My favourites are the balaayah black gram booster and the yauvari spring face oil.
They are a little pricey, but also last a long time.
My skin feels soft, supple and cared for. The fine lines on my face definitely seem diminished.
My granddaughter touched my arm and commented on how soft my skin feels!! She’s 5 and always speaks the truth!!!
I read some of the negative reviews out of curiosity as someone mentioned them on a social mediaal media post…. In my experience, this company is great, good customer service and the products really are lovely!

I LOVE these products! Everything I've tried is wonderful - body lotion, facial moisturizers, under eye cream all WORK as described (has never happened with other products) The "feel" is light and pleasant, the fragrance is my style. I will be a lifelong user. (BTW - my mother had fabulous skin and she taught me to start young to help prevent skin aging)

I love the products … I wish there was an option for larger sizes to cut down on the number of deliveries and it is over packaged. Although the packaging is beautiful it seems wasteful to just immediately throw it away. But I love the products. Definitely helps with the skin on my arms and the face oil is also beautiful
