I struggled with changing the way I feel inside, and I always had these negative thoughts creeping in my mind all the time and I wanted it to stop. I was procrastinating, doubting myself, and afraid all the time. This was affecting my business and relationship. So, I started working with Lilli and she was able to unlock powerful internal resources within myself that I never thought was possible. Which meant that I was able to change the way I feel in an instant and be in more control over my life and emotions. I stopped procrastinating and doubting myself, and I was no longer afraid. The way she knows the mind is impeccable. I was a little bit sceptical before deciding to work with Lilli because it didn’t make sense to me but oh boy, am I glad that I worked with Lilli because she was able to change the way I felt instantly. Her coaching style is amazing. She is caring and you can truly see that from the moment you speak to her. If you are considering Lilli to be your coach, then I will say go for it 1,000,000%! All she cares about is the results she can give you and she always delivers. She is very confident in her approach. She has given me more clarity, purpose, and confidence than the coaches and therapists that I worked with for years.

I’ve just had Timeline Therapy done with Lilli. At first I was quite apprehensive about getting it done. Getting rid off my big negative emotions and what to say during the process. But during the process it was very relaxed. It was content free! I didn't have to go through any kind of memories or anything like that. All I had to do was say the first thing that came into my head. Afterwards I just felt amazing. I just felt like a load had been lifted off me. So, I would definitely recommend Lilli. She was lovely. We had a good rapport and she explained everything really well so there were no surprises in the technique. And yes, I would definitely recommend her. Thank you!
