Always high quality and unbruised avocados. Makes it hard to buy grocery store ones now.

Every month I look forward to my order of yummy creamy avocados arriving. They arrive well packaged in excellent condition, usually one or 2 are able to be eaten within a day or 2 the rest are left to ripen gradually as instructed. I had 1 not so good order last month when all avocados arrived ripe even verging on overripe. Not sure what happened, maybe it was the extra day it took for delivery due to a holiday weekend.

Such fast service. Loved the eco friendly packaging and great product (night cream). I’m a repeat purchaser, must be my 4th pot of this great cream. Very grateful for the unexpected avocados in the box that i hadn’t purchased. Have bought avos before and they were excellent. Must buy again!!!

I still can't quite believe it...our advos were collected by courier at 4.30am and delivered in Wellington by 8.30 am...amazing service. Whilst we're still waiting for them to ripen a little; they look really good, great size, unblemished, perfection. Can't wait to eat them.

I love these avos when they arrive at my place within two days. However, I have trouble lately (months) with this happening. Picked Sunday, arrive at my place Chch Friday. I have had this discussion with the folk at avo tree to no avail. Last Friday I was home when they arrived and when unboxing them realised they had been refrigerated!!!! It’s happened before, and it causes them to ripen really unevenly, this results in half of each avo being inedible (too hard) I have tried emailing, DMing but zero response this time. Times before raising the refrigeration issue they flatly deny. Also I have had at least a third of each box with that awful vascular disease which results in them going straight to the compost. Such a waste. I was reluctant to put a public complaint, but it’s impossible to talk to anyone and get an honest explanation.

First time ordering, Avo’s well packaged and perfect. Super stoked with product and delivery. Thanks guys, glad I finally joined.

I got an order early October, on the box it said allow 9-12 days for ripening in a dak room not in the fridge, so on day 9 I checked and they were already very ripe and more than the half looked of poor quality, as they had brown blemishes on the skin, on cutting open they were Brown on the inside also and not that appealing to eat, I have tried emailing but don't get a response, the next lot I received on Wednesday of last week were already ripe by Friday, only 2 days from delivery , so It seems that the ripening times on the box are completely wrong.

This is the best way to get quality avocados. Well packaged & they usually arrive on time (Dunedin) cook strait weather permitting. Haven’t had a bad one yet, (12 months). Recommend 100%.

I presume buying from orchard was the way to go But my fruit looked like second grade there were black marks,rubbs, miss shaped and quite smallish Once ripened I refrigerated and 2 that I used had black veins running through. The taste was very nice very nutty and packaging was superb I have taken photos but don’t know how to post on this site I can provide if you want cheers Sylvia Clark

Disappointed, considering previous lengthy experience with Theavotree.
Five days from notification to delivery on fruit that was processed 8 days prior. The saving grace was the fruit was in perfect condition.
