Do not support Athlete’s Foot. They gave me a voucher for a return, but then the store closed down and the other stores refuse to accept the voucher because it’s franchisee owned. Customer service is non existent! Shocking experience!
Ordered a pair shoes, got an order confirmation 10 minutes later, then another 2 minutes later it was cancelled. They're saying I will get my money back in 2 to 3 days. Now I can't buy another pair somewhere else until I get my money back. Unacceptable practice.
Have shopped with them a couple of times. Sometimes you can find really good prices for good shoes. The return was smooth and the refund was fast. Fully recommended!
I ordered a pair of shoes and my order was lost in the post. Three weeks later I emailed about my order and was told is in the post? Clearly should be delivered already? It says on their website 1-3 working days delivery, which you also pay for. I tried to call them, no one is picking up the phones. My follow up emails were not answered. My WhatsApp chats were also ignored.
There is no way to contact them and to ask for a refund for order that I didn’t even receive . Really bad experience. Will never buy from them again and would not recommend.
Super Good service! I went to buy some sneakers on Saturday in Frederiksbergcenter and got met by the most services minded employee Nora. She went above and beyond and was just such a sweetheart. I really appreciated her help and would come back again another time if I need a new pair or shoes.
They scammed me !
They first said they will send me back the money because they cancelled my order.
I say okay, it can happen a small bug in the system and the products aren’t available!
But actually at my surprise, I go back to my history card, they took money from my card and they didn’t say anything about this ! So firs they cancel your order and then they steal your money once they have the credit card number !
This will be reported !
