Horrible experience, paid extra and was asked to pay more, sub-optimal work even after multiple iterations and clearly stating my expectations.

At first everything was going great - texting via WhatsApp etc. I had provided the resources needed clearly and repeatedly to ensure a smooth process. Cannot follow instructions; after the draft (which was the draft sheet NOT the the assignment to begin with) repeated over and over again on the changes to make amd feedback.
then later demands the work is done and pay to see the work. The work being the same, draft sheet, with none of the feedback incorporated from the draft. The feedback was general like the writing style, sourcing etc.

and then after all of that (5 day process), basically says 'oh we didn't know that it wasn't the assignment, it's gonna cost more' very politely 💀

Fake promises at the start too; money back guarantee, tailoring paper along the way etc.

So peeps, this is not the one.

This is an excellent site and people to deal with. There work is impeccable, and always on time. I will continue to use them, and I encourage others to as well
