I placed an order (#3393) on 7 May 2025, but despite multiple follow-ups via emails and calls, the item has not been delivered till 2 weeks later. Upon contacting their team today Thursday 22 May 2025 via calling 1300 567 637 at 9:49am, I was advised that the model I ordered is out of stock and may require further waiting.
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my order (#3393) placed on 7 May 2025. Despite waiting for more than two weeks, no one informed me that the item was out of stock, nor was there any indication of this on their website when I placed the order.
It is unacceptable for a customer to be left waiting this long without any proactive communication. I had to repeatedly follow up through emails and calls, only to be informed today 22 May 2025 that my order is still pending due to stock issues. Additionally, I was told that an email regarding this matter had been sent to me yesterday. (Really? After more than 2 weeks waiting and just an email to inform me need more waiting time due to no stock!)
This experience has been highly frustrating, and it reflects poorly on company's service standards.
I am now formally requesting a refund, as I have no certainty on how long this waiting period will take.
Given this experience, I will not be dealing with this company again.
