I've been using Capsule for a while, and I'm really happy with the results,, I think this is more of a boost to stick with my goals, I still need to have some sense of discipline before I got the results.

What I mean by this is that, I no longer have cravings or appetite so I no longer eat. I have more energy in the morning so I squeeze in a light jog before working and also sleep is most important people usually forget. SInce i started taking theanex I am getting deeper more restful sleep.

Looked at all reviews. Mostly negative. Not one user mentions how much weight they lost. Instead they rave about the beautiful packaging.
They ones who do mention weight say that they have lost nothing - except their money.
Consequently I will not buy their product.

i think the difference is this time, the capsules are vegan which is much better for me. ❤️

Used Capsule for quite some time now, and I do feel it overall benefits me. Purchasing directly was also a good service.

Using this for 2 weeks, I've observed better sleep, more energy, less appetite for sweets and numerous other positive effects on my overall well-being💚.

I purchased the three boxes recommended with the hope of losing a fair few kg's. Safe to say that hasn't happened even though I'm nearly through my second box. However, I have a spinal disability and my movement and pain levels have dramatically reduced allowing me to do more things during the day, so plus on that side of things. I sleep better and seem to have more energy than before taking them, so another plus. I dont feel hungry like others have posted but on the down side, I get lots of head aches and im sweating a lot. A little disappointed about not losing the kg's but has worked for me in other was so happy over all with the product. I don't think there is any product out there that can really offer total loss of weight and the company shouldn't make out that Theanex does this, but could say it helps to lose a small amount of weight. Some of these reviews say it's totally worked for them, I can't see it myself so guess these could be fake write ups to get you to buy. Is it a good product to buy, for me yes but not for the reasons it was intended for. The best thing people can do is try one box first, if nothing happens then it's not too much of a loss.

Awesome product! Ran out for two weeks and realized my sleep wasn't as good,,,kept waking up at night. I also have been waking up hungry in the middle of the night again! Really horrible... I Started taking it again, and after 6 days, sleep is better and no more hunger out of nowhere. Not making that mistake again!

I've been searching everywhere for this product! It's the only one that effectively soothes my stomach. Can't recommend it enough.

I am writing this review here as they don't let me post on their original UK website. Anyone looking for an honest review of this product, please don't waste your money down the drain and buy this product. I took my personalized recommended one box for a month and didn't lose a single pound. I tried to contact customer service as I ordered two boxes but they refused to refund the other one because of the 14 days policy. Their way of handling things is horrible as they try to put the blame on you for the failing of their product. I am an otherwise active individual who takes a balanced diet and regularly workouts. I wanted to take this as an extra push to lose 5-10 kg. They claimed that I could lose upto 15 kg in one month. I wasn't expecting it to be a miracle but at least it should have done something. Extremely disappointed at this product and their horrible customer service.
