I recently booked out the bar area for my first ever book launch& from start to finish the events team and in house team were great.
Everything went really smoothly and the in house team on the event day were so helpful, the food was also really great and I have had many people ask me since the event about the food services at the Alan also.
The interior was also great and I didn’t find no disturbances considering I was doing an event in the public area of the hotel.
Overall experience was really great, highly recommend speaking to Larissa and Liz about any events, they are so accommodating and helpful and I couldn’t have done this without their help.

We hired their conference room and we were really pleased and impressed with the service we received over the weekend. There was one particular gentleman who was especially helpful.
Everything was exactly as we had hoped, and we particularly appreciated their flexibility with timing. Being given an extra hour at both the beginning and end of our booking made a huge difference, allowing us plenty of time to prepare for our event and clean up afterwards.
Excellent service and hospitality. We will certainly be booking with you again in the future.
