Liam helped sell our house quickly within a couple of weeks after we had all but given up hope after many months on the market with a high street estate agent with only one viewing. Carol Gunn is not your normal estate agent. She is one of a kind. She is knowledgeable, personable, she was determined to sell our property. She made our sales process as easy as possible. She gave guidance on how to best showcase our house and handled most of the viewings. In fact, we were on holiday when she sold our house. Dan Shepherd has made the whole process of renting for the first time easy. He has guided me through all steps including messaging me with support out of hours to get the rental agreed so I could move quickly! 10/10 service.

We had been trying to sell our home for over six months with a well-known local estate agent, but it was incredibly frustrating. In all that time, we only had two viewings, and it became clear the property was overpriced and the agent wasn’t being proactive at all, no real marketing push or follow up.
