Order issue…

There was an issue with the actual order and was never delivered but I reached out to customer service and was helped by Ana. She was very helpful and prompt in getting back to me. Customer service support was impeccable! Would gladly order again :)

Ignoring Customers but Spamming My Inbox – Unacceptable!

It has now been over FOUR MONTHS, and I still haven’t received my order or a response from The Adventure Challenge. Despite multiple emails, website support requests, and even public complaints here on Trustpilot, this company continues to ignore me while keeping my money.

What makes this even more infuriating is that while they can’t be bothered to respond to a paying customer, they have no problem spamming my inbox daily with marketing emails. If they can send endless promotions, they can certainly respond to a legitimate complaint. I am immediately unsubscribing.

This is beyond unprofessional. I demand an immediate refund and for someone from customer service to contact me NOW. Enough is enough! Do not trust this company unless you want to be ignored after they take your money.

Love!

I have purchased many of the Adventure Challenge books, and I've loved them all. I had an issue with a book thay became water damaged in route and they quickly replaced it. I work as a therapist and recommend these books to many of my clients :)

Great Service

Ordered the book and then found after ordering it stated delivery might be up to a week. Contacted the company and Trixie responded promptly and dealt with the issue. The product arrived with 3 days. Trixie also followed up after delivery to check everything was OK. Great ordering experience and highly recommend.

10/10 My original order was lost by USPS by no fault of The Adventure Challenge. I reached out to them hoping the package had been returned to sender, but no luck. The team at The Adventure Challenge went above and beyond. They helped me try and track my original lost order and when it was declared officially missing by the post service they replaced it. Which as we all know most companies just do not do. The process was easy and the staff were amazing. More companies need to operate how they do at The Adventure Challenge.

We ordered The Adventure Challenge

We ordered The Adventure Challenge for ourselves and have LOVED the adventures. It is a beautiful book, with thick expensive pages, beautiful detail, the mini journal style with each challenge makes it so fun and thoughtful. We like it so much that I ordered one for my best friend who is getting married as a bachelorette gift. When it arrived the shipping was a little too rough and it came with the cover ripped. I was devastated. I reached out to the company to ask if I could get it replaced and they sent me a brand new book free of charge! That really meant alot to me. I love this company, I love their products. Just a really good experience all around.

Outstanding customer service! Thank you !

My first adventure challenge book was a solo one that my friends got me for my birthday, I absolutely LOVED it ! Since that, I have purchased one for my daughter & her partner & one for myself & 2 teenage children. We were very excited to start our book, but unfortunately the panels didn’t scratch off . I emailed the company & the customer service I received was outstanding. They responded really quickly, established the issue & resolved everything quickly & easily in a really helpful & friendly manner! Thank you!
We now have a replacement book that we can enjoy & we are really looking forward to our adventures!
I Highly recommend these books for family & friends!

Above and beyond customer service!

My original package I bought got lost in the mail due to my local post office’s negligence. I was beyond sad and frustrated because this was a very expensive Valentine’s Day gift I bought to surprise my boyfriend. I emailed them about the situation and they went above and beyond to replace the package absolutely free. The even touched base with me throughout the shipping process. I finally have my gift and I can’t wait to explore with my love. Thank y’all again!!!

Ordered two but only received one

Ordered two but only received one. Reached out and had quite possibly one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Prompt, courteous, friendly and human. Nothing was a problem and Ana went above and beyond even chasing me in the end 😜🥰 looking forward to using the product now!

Customer service and product

I recently ordered an adventure book for couples, and although I initially had issues with the delivery (due to my own mistake in entering the address), the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They quickly assisted me in resolving the issue, and the package arrived in perfect condition.

The book itself exceeded our expectations! The date ideas are creative, fun, and much better than we anticipated. My boyfriend and I are really excited to start using it. Highly recommend both the product and the excellent customer service!

Awesome customer service

Some of my order didn’t arrive but customer service has been amazing. As soon as I let them know, they reshipped the missing items and checked in via email to make sure I got them. So grateful. What a fun project to liven things up.

Horrible customer service and scratch off stuff went bad

This company is HORRIBLE to work with. Not only is their response time completely unreasonable (weeks) but they are unwilling to help us with our defective book. We got this book for Christmas (2 months ago) we did the first two challenges just fine but the rest of the scratch off stuff went bad and we cannot get it off to see the “adventure”. We’ve tried everything. (Magic eraser, Pennie’s, guitar picks, credit cards, scotch brite pads) it will NOT come off with the words being legible or ruining the page.
The company will NOT replace the book because it was a gift and they will only give us two of the adventures even tho ALL of them are bad.
Don’t waste your money on this and defiantly don’t buy it as a gift for someone else.
