$250 gone, so has their website and my $678 balance.

Through 'cfd.theaccessfunds.com', Had paid £187 (equivalent to 252$) to set up account through a guy called Martin Harris. Next had someone called Tom Yansan and he suggested to invest into forex and see what happens. Must admit, everyday, it was making positive money. 2 days back or so, my profit had built up to 70$ or something. On day 2, someone called Boby Weyland had called me and he suggested if I invested 4 or 5 figure sum, he could make me lot of money by investing into NVIDIA shares and others through leveraging. I was sceptical. Did bit of my researching:
cfd.theaccessfunds.com or the accessfunds.com is not identified or recognised on the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority)! Going back into history of this company / platform, they were first registered in 2011 with FCA under the name of ACCESSED BALANCED FUND (GBP) AND (USD). Shouldn't theaccessfunds.com be registered to ensure it met current regulatory requirements of FCA? Think theaccessfunds.com was set up in Jan 2025. I paid into the account SP FAARUM LTD. On the Companies House, FAARUM LTD is registered (reg no 16361948) incorporated in April 2025 - very new! From the Scammer Advisor Site, it was concluded that this site had a LOW TRUST RATING and MAY NOT BE SAFE TO USE. I confronted Boby Weyland regards my finding and he went defensive. He sent me an email to confirm what he is and that I could reach him any time I wanted. I left the matter there. Today, 5th Jun 2025, I tried to look at the link to my account and found that the server can't be found! Sending an email to Bob - got a response that the email is NOT found. His secretary's phone is not recognised. There is no way reaching these guys. I have reported the matter to my bank as a possible scam and for them to ensure their customers aren't caught out . Thank goodness I didn't loose more than my initial investment of £187.

As written before after intake i payed the minimum of €250 and than the phone calls started.
Soon i had the feeling it was a bad idea.
So i made a request to refund my money.
That was the 6th or 7th of may, but now the 5th of june still nothing recieved.
Fore a period of almost four weeks i almost Daly get a phone call.
Eventually last week it stops.
Still not my mony back.
Be aware this is a fake site which kost you youre money.

Everything. The are an organisation that is based on theft.

Immediately called me on signup without notice. Started asking personal questions. Manager came on with some BS. Typical scam tactics to convince you to deposit money.

Scammers.
They do claim it takes time but i have waited for 2-3 weeks to make a withdrawal.
And I only invested 250€. But that has yet to be seen. Only calls to make you invest more money.
