Made my online application, but....

Made my online application, which was straightforward. Later the same day, I instructed my bank, Starling Bank, to transfer my deposit to theaccessbankukltd.co.uk. It was a surprise when my bank issued a POC warning stating that the name of the 'Access' bank did not match the account number provided, warning me that this might be a scam attempt. I am now concerned about using the 'Access' bank and will be placing my money elsewhere.

Incompetent

Tried to open a one year fixed savings account. Filled out the forms got email withe the instructions to deposit the money saying The Access Bank UK LTD but my bank said it was wrong and could be a scam so stopped, contacted The Access Bank who said you should write the word Limited, well after reading the trust pilot reviews for them I've cancelled, if they cannot get a simple thing like that right I don’t want to deal with them.
