Account Falsely Terminated + No sense of Urgency to fix Issue
My futures account got falsely terminated and I've been waiting 1.5 weeks already (without a replacement account provided) for them to get the issue fixed. Have to wait over 1 day for a response from customer service most of the time and there is no sense of urgency to fix the issue. They are already way beyond the time that they told me it would take to fix the issue. This has wasted over a week of my trading results and I still do not have an account to trade on. I have requested an IMMEDIATE account replacement / refund but am suddenly not getting a reply to my request!!
What do I mean with falsely terminated? My Futures Account got "Equity Stopped out" for holding a trade over the weekend when I WASN'T EVEN IN A TRADE!!. My last trade entered, which is visible on my transaction history, was 6 HOURS BEFORE MARKET CLOSE!! DO NOT TRUST THE5ERS!!

Used an EA I had my 2 funded accounts disabled as well as no reply requesting a refund on a challenge account that hadn't even been started. If you want to use an EA with this firm avoid avoid avoid other prop firms out there do allow commercial use of EA's

The payout process may take a bit longer, but in the end, the payout will still be received. The longer and more stressful part is waiting for the risk interview result, and during that time, there is more worry about the outcome.

Excellent Prop Firm with Fast Support....
I've had a great experience with The5ers. The trading environment is professional, rules are clear, and the support team is always helpful and responsive.
My only suggestion would be to reduce the payout processing time. Currently, traders may wait around 7 working days, which can become 9 days or more when weekends are included. A 2-working-day payout process would be outstanding and would make the overall trader experience even better.
Apart from that, The5ers is a trustworthy and transparent prop firm that I would confidently recommend to other traders."
