My 8th payout
I have been trading with the 5ers for about 2 months now. Everything has been going very good. The customer support is excellent. Which is important for me. And the platform i use is very good. I just received my 8th payout from the 5ers. I highly recommend the 5ers for your prop firm. They have been in business since 2016, and that says alot. Very trustworthy firm. Receiving my 8th payout now is proof of that. If you have not traded with them yet , then give them a try. Another thing is the challenge accounts are a very good deal compared to other prop firms. I personnaly trade the daytrade 25k accounts mostly and its only 59 usd. And you can rest assure that if you get funded and reach the profit target for a withdrawal, that as long as you follow the rules you will get your payout.

Very disappointing support experience
Very disappointing support experience. Emails are often delayed, tickets are not properly addressed, and when an account breach is disputed, they provide simple statements instead of clear records or evidence showing exactly how the breach occurred. There have also been dashboard issues with the futures accounts that have not been properly resolved. For a prop firm handling traders’ money and accounts, I expect transparent evidence, proper investigation, and timely responses—not repeated explanations without supporting records.
