Misleading
This company took my deposit, promised that the quote is as per detailed cubic footage given and everything will go smoothly. Moving from LA - NY, I spoke to many companies and entrusted Nicholas Moretti. When I received my Bill of Lading, I noticed the moving company assigned to my job was Cheetah movers. I looked them up and did not like the reviews. I asked the office to switch movers and they promised they would try. I presume this was not actioned upon. On the day, Cheetah Movers show up and as per the reviews said, the same thing happened to me. From a 10 x 5 storage unit, the movers decided I possessed double the unit size (how is that physically possible?). I tried to call the office and could not get in touch with anyone for hours, so naturally I sent the movers away as I was not prepared to pay double for items that did not exist.
I requested my deposit back as I was mislead, but Jessica advised "as per contract" I "cancelled the service", so I would not be given my deposit back. Misleading and fraudulent to either under quote (which the broker did not as I had a reputable company move my things for the same price and quote) or allow a fraudulent subcontractor to move their clients and demand more money. Either way, if you want to pay for moving what you physically possess and not pay a fraudulent company, I would strongly advise to not go with 3 Brothers Moving & Storage.
UPDATE: In response to 3 brothers reply.
I note that I was quoted for 380 cubic feet NOT 300 and if this is what you are seeing on your system, I would argue that it has been tampered with. I have the paper work.
I was assured by Nick that even if it was over up to 50cf, he would not charge me as my items were given to exact DIMENSIONAL size so as to not incur large errors. THIS IS MISLEADING to assure customers and under quote. I could care less which drivers came as long as they were honest and careful. I asked for another company due to noticing this scenario occurring on their review sight. Fine you couldn’t find one in the time and I was ok with that as long as it went to what I had signed for. IT DID NOT!
The drivers were NOT giving me a worse case scenario they were outright saying I had 500+ cf and I had to pay upfront for it. THIS IS NOT PHYSICALLY possible with the items I had or in a 10 x 5 x 5 storage unit at barely 55% full. Why do you take the drivers word for it and not your customers then punish me for it?
3 Brothers were not available to advise me on what to do as they promised they would be (I still have the text messages of such promises) so I had no option but to turn the service away as what I had signed for was NOT being adhered to.
Also - my move ended up being moved at 340cf by another company. Thus, this is all lies and I should be entitled to my deposit back given what I had contracted into and what was physically present was not moved. 3 brothers were not contactable by driver or me for over 2+ hours. What were we to do - stand around and argue over the sizing that I knew they were just trying to extort me into paying more money for stuff I did not have? Where were you to support and advise? There should be compensation in merely this stage. Should I have used their service I would have had to have paid double plus more along the way apparently as the drivers were telling me. Do 3 brothers prefer I do this instead of turning the service away I knew were being dishonest? This may suggest you are both working under the same strategies and not to the benefit of the customer to say the least.
Surely I should be entitled to my deposit back. Given the same scenario occurring on the daily here by so many customers, your reply is to save face publicly without truly caring what you are putting your customers through and the financial and emotional damage you are causing by your misleading business etiquette. You would compensate and make things right if you were not just trying to financially gain without executing what you promise = SCAM

Bait and Switch Con - Moving Broker - Don't Use
Moving is already stressful – this is my word of caution to others to not exacerbate that by working with an unprofessional, dishonest business like 3 Brothers Moving & Storage.
I did a long-distance move from east Texas to west Texas and priced both private trucks and van line services. I was warned that the lead time to receive your items with a van line service could be longer than comfortable (up to 21 days). Due to this, it was one of the questions I specifically asked when obtaining quotes. I was told by at 3BMS MULTIPLE times that our delay would only be 1 to 2 days.
The day of pick up we were met with many surprises. 1. This was the first time it was disclosed that 3BMS operates as a broker and subbed out our job to a local moving company. We were asked by the subcontractor to sign a new quote with T&C’s on the spot. 2. The team lead informed us that our cubic square footage had been grossly underestimated which essentially doubled the quote. This was despite carefully inventorying our large assets. We were very transparent with the sqft of our home and that we needed 3 Brothers guidance on estimated boxes. It’s my opinion they intentionally undercut to make their quote more competitive. 3. That we should expect 5 to 10 business days for our items to be delivered.
I reached out to 3BMS sales rep, Anthony Delvecchio, multiple times seeking to understand the disparity of delivery time. I never received an acknowledgement or response from him. This is the height of unprofessionalism and only assured my assumption that he was intentionally deceitful.
Several items were damaged, boxes smashed, wood furniture destroyed. Each sub is pointing fingers at the other as the party responsible (different business delivered and picked up neither was 3BM employees.
Lesson learned is to utilize one of the local guys. We wasted $1,875 for 3BM to broker a deal we could have made ourselves. Due to what seems to be 3BMS’s intentional misguidance, we spent the same amount as we would have for a specific team/truck to drive straight through to our new home.
Updated as of 10/4/23:
Thanks for taking the time to respond, but unfortunately there were several items stated that simply aren't true.
1. It was not disclosed 3BM was a broker.
2. When I asked your 3BM representative, Anthony D., what was the maximum lead time to receive my items the response was 1 to 2 days not the 30 days max you stated (intentionally responding with info that is not factual also known as a lie).
3. I fully understood taking more CUFT on a truck would have a higher fee. That's why I communicated I need the 'experts' at 3BM to provide guidance on the boxes. As my review stated, it was my opinion that 3BM intentionally undercut for competitive pricing.
It's clear in the response that 3BM has no intention on rectifying any wrongs and is only wanting to defend unprofessional, dishonest actions. This is substantiated by reading the other reviews that cite the same complaints.

Run...don't stop
Run...don't stop. They are NOT at all what they claim to be . They will tell you they will be there 24/7 and answer your calls... not true
They will tell you you will have a private truck and charge you extra if you decide to go with that..... not true They have nothing to do with the trucking. The trucking company showed up at our home with a trailer. Our furniture and belongings were then put on the trailer and driven to LA where they were offloaded to a warehouse and will sit until a truck comes that is going to Florida. We will not have our stuff for up to 30 days. The price they gave us for our private truck which was not private was incorrect. It was about $3000 more than what we were told. We were told $8700 and paid over $12k.
Nothing they tell you is true so run! They entice you with their pricing and promises, and they are all lies. And by the time you find out it's too late you're sitting there waiting to move so you just go with it. It’s been 2 days short of 4 weeks and 3 carriers amd our truck just arrived. A few broken items….lots of waiting and still haven’t heard from 3 Brothers Moving and Storage. I did get Luke once… I called him from my mom’s phone say he didn’t pick up, but he called her back She handed me the phone…. And he hung up on me You can't say you weren't warned. RUN
**** per your response ….. we were told we had an entire truck and not to worry about adding any other things to the item list. Several things were added, but not 102 items. We were also told we had an entire truck and not to worry that there would be plenty of space. We were told that the quote was the maximum that it would be because we had the entire truck…… turned out to be a trailer attached to a pick up….. we were also told you would be there 24/7. No one finds it odd that Luke hung up on me. No one finds it odd that neither Luke or Joe called us back to this day.
Our son is also moving cross country He also got an estimate from you guys. We recommended him to call the company that actually moved us direct and get an estimate from them. You gave them an estimate of $1400 …again virtually…. The actual price is $5000. Adams Relocation, who is honest and who actually did our move (you did nothing!), will be doing his move and not you. They won’t be paying your inflated price….You are scam artists….you are contractors…. you get your money and run ! Your company brings no value to the process. You’re the unnecessary dishonest middleman…..
I’ll say it again… run!! do not use this shipping contractor…. Do not use any shipping contractor!! They are a waste of money and time. Only get your estimates in person and in writing!
AND you need to do your research !! We did 2 in home virtual walk through estimates! The last one 2-3 days before pickup
And again, you don’t speak anything about us paying for a full truck and Luke telling us don’t worry you have the entire truck you won’t even be able to fill it!!
After the fact, in speaking with the other movers ….what you did only increased your commission by telling us we had a full truck. You initially quoted us around $6000 then we were told about a full truck for $8000 and we took that option so we would not have any additional costs, In reality, you lied and took the $2000 additional dollars and put it in your pocket. It would have always been $4000 more than you quoted us. Your business model is to get as much as you can upfront and then sell the contract to a moving company for the lowest amount you can.
So you can spew whatever lies you want it goes with everything else in your business profile.
Have you read your other reviews? Do you not see a pattern here? Looks like Luke and Joe and the rest of you there, have a reputation of ignoring people after you get the contract, lying and deceiving a lot of other people.
I would expect your management to reach out to us to rectify this situation….not me calling you!

BEWARE
BEWARE! This company is a scam. They are not a moving company, they are brokers. I called 3 brothers for a moving service and they picked up my things on June 30th and told me my items would be here on July 3. My items got here during the first week of August.
Come to find out they are actually brokers, not a moving service. They transferred my items to a company in Las Vegas called Posh Moving & Storage. Then 3 brothers did not help me at all nor did they communicate to me where my items were at. Posh Moving & Storage is just as bad. They are not a moving service either. They transferred the job to another company called Allstate moving who is a trucking company. The entire experience was beyond terrible and I never got an update on my items.
Anyone who has used 3 brothers and did not have a good experience, I am open to filing a class action lawsuit against all three companies. Please reach out to me if you would like to sue.
Terrible company, terrible employees, and terrible communication. Hope they go out of business.
Run away!
This is a (very very bad) moving brokerage. Our aweful experience was as followed: We google movers and put in our phone number for a quote somewhere. Kevin T. from 3 brothers calls us up and gives us this awesome quote to move across country. We do our due diligence of seeing if it was a fraud (or so we thought.) No major red flags. He asks how much stuff we have and we tell him and he gave s super super super low estimate. We're thinking "sweet, we're getting a good deal" We sign the contract. They ask for a deposit, we pay deposit. We arrange for the move. The movers come and say that the estimate was not even close. We had 50% more stuff more then the quote but ended up paying like twice as much somehow. Ok bad estimates happen, whatever, BUT, Kevin straight up ghosted us! He just would not take our calls or call us back. We called the HQ, they said they would relay the message, but could not force him to take our calls. He eventually blocked our number. We never once spoke to him about the bad estimate or anything because we could not get in contact with him. He is a broker and as soon as they get their money (the first deposit) they ghost you and won't even take your call. Never ever again. Find a moving company and pay them directly. These are expensive middle people that are extremely unprofessional.

I will NEVER use this company again
I will NEVER use this company again. First of all, I have never used a moving service before, so I got multiple quotes from different website to see what the estimate would be to move from North Carolina to Tennessee. Joe Greene called me and said they could do everything for me. He said they would send 3 big guys to move my things. During the process they would take pictures of the item’s condition, and wrap up any furniture. I asked him if this was going to be a one day move as in with my things to be picked up and delivered the same day because I start work the following morning. He confirmed this and said it should not be an issue. My initial quote was approximately $1580.
I booked their company a month and a half in advance. When they called several days before the move, they did another estimate on everything I had. I had sold several items, but added two things as well. All in all the price should not have changed, however went up $100. Not a big deal.
On the day before the move, I got a call from a random woman told me that she would call tomorrow and see when the movers will be there. That’s when I found out that 3 Brothers does not handle the moving themselves, but rather is a broker. The next day I hadn’t received a call so around 11 AM I called and was informed that they would not be there till the next day. I had to call my work, and explain that my movers were late and luckily they were understanding. I will call later in the afternoon and said they would be there between 4 and 8 PM. At around 3 PM the following day I got another call that said they were now not be there till the following day. I Again had to call my work and say I would not be in until the next day. They said they would get there super early between 6 AM and 10 AM. The driver did not get there until 9:45 AM. Yes, it is still between the window, but I’ve been up since five in the morning. They only sent two men to my apartment. Before they started loading the truck they were gonna tell me my final price was $2000, 500 more than the initial estimate. As a reminder I had sold/got rid of a good portion of my items! I was able to work out some kind of discount but still ended up paying $1600. When I asked the driver after everything was loaded what time he thinks they will get there he said it would not be delivered today and that it could take one to five days. All of my stuff is on this truck! When I tried to call the company, as well as the initial me and I dealt with Joe Greene, nobody would answer my calls, or would send me to voicemail. I did not get my items until Sunday. The whole time during this experience I called both companies in very rarely. Did they get back to me without me having to call several times. This was the worst experience ever in his made me know whenever you were moving service again. Do not use this company. EVER!

Use Anyone But 3 Brothers
I booked a moving order with 3 brothers with a salesperson there named Peter. He made it sound like I could cancel at anytime. After a little bit after 72 hours I did send a text to Peter confirming the cancellation. He told me that he will send the cancelation in and a refund will be given in about a week. A week goes by and I didn’t hear anything nor did I receive a refund. I reached out again with no response. After being ghosted by Peter and the customer service lines. I call in a few weeks later because I was in the middle of a move and someone finally picked up. They told me that I couldn’t get a refund for the order because it was after the 72 hour mark. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Whenever anyone asks me for a moving company I will tell them “anyone but 3 brothers”. When I move in the future I will tell myself “anyone but 3 brothers.” Thank you for the horrible customer service experience.

Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst. Do yourself a favor if you try to cross country moving, Sales reps is a scam, they will basically say yes to everything, and after signed the contract with them, they would tell you 1: " Let me transfer you to customer representative" 2: "Its up to moving company"

Deceptive and misleading sales tactics
RUN away from 3 Brother’s Moving & Storage brokering service (US DOT: 3840883 MC: 1396743)! They WILL lie to you about what is included in their packing packages/misrepresent what is in the contract on the phone, pressure you to pay the deposit, and then be infuriatingly rude when you ask for help when problems arise with the movers. They have MULTIPLE ways to charge you extra above their cheap estimate when the movers arrive. Do NOT believe a word that comes out of salesperson Peter White's mouth.
Lies to get you to pay a deposit: Peter gave a good quote for a 26-foot full truck with full pack/unpack. Peter said he would "be in your corner from start to finish”. He told me “when you get the truck and full pack there are no other hidden fees or charges. If you go over the single truck your total increases by $4.75 per cubic foot”. I confirmed all again with Peter in a call because I was surprised by the low price & unpacking! I told him this move is very sensitive because my dad is elderly & my brother (who I was arranging the move for) has a severe mental illness. He reassured me again. Next day, Peter texted me I really needed to get on the schedule, so he needed the deposit THAT DAY, Saturday. I have the texts from Peter saying “Again, to clarify your deposit is refundable if canceled & when you pair a full truck with a full pack, there are NO OTHER CHARGES. This is your final binding price”. Pushy for $=Red flag. Should have trusted my instincts, but instead, I told him my dad would never forgive me if things go awry. Peter texted “I am in your corner the rest of the process. Don’t stress we are legit…your total is all-inclusive.” So at this point, I had unknowingly been lied to about the unpacking of boxes, the refundable deposit, the $4.75 total price per cu.ft. of extra truck space, & 1/3 of the cost at each phase (deposit, pick up, delivery). I'm a busy working woman&PhD candidate, so I hastily signed the contract without reading it fully because I believed Peter White. Pack/move: 3 Brothers contracted with Adams Relocations Services based in Prosper, Tx. Rafi the mover showed up with his crew & said that the estimate would be 50% more than the initial estimate from 3 Brothers! He said we had more stuff than was on the inventory & he could NOT fill his 26-foot truck to 1800 cu ft/12600 lbs which was the capacity stated in my contract that would be filled before a 2nd truck was used. Peter was not responsive to texts/emails. I called customer service & had to control my anger with the infuriatingly condescending Sarah Norcia, the customer service manager. She kept telling me that I was going over one truck bc I had more stuff. I told Sarah that Peter had told me lies. She dismissed me by stating I signed a contract with all of this in it. Now I am reading the contract word for word & the lies Peter told over the phone become apparent. Peter finally responded 1 more time telling me needing a 2nd truck "was not a hard concept to grasp". Peter the suave sales guy turned into a belittling lying mansplainer. They were insulting me, but NOT addressing the fact Rafi was saying he was NOT going to fill the 26ft truck to the contract capacity & was charging for a 2nd. Each interaction with Sarah had my watch warning me about my stress level. I did all the negotiating holding Rafi accountable for the contract to get a more reasonable resolution @ 32% more than the estimate.
Delivery days: I received no help when the driver arrived & said he could not offload the truck because he's one person. WHAT?! I had to resolve the issues myself with Rafi after great stress to my ill dad and brother. No help from 3 Bros. Virtually every box in the 2nd truck was crushed. I wish I could post pics to show how bad. Sarah's response--a link for an insurance claim.
I've asked for the recordings of my calls with Peter to document the lies he told & for a call from the owner. Neither has happened as of today.
I've never written a negative review like this, but people need to know 3 Bros is an unethical & deceptive moving broker. I have more details/issues than this space allows. I've contacted lawyers to see how to get the call recordings to show that Peter lied repeatedly, but lawyers charge $$$$. 3 Bros know how to deceive people & get away with it. This experience upped my cynical factor by 1000. I signed the contract with 3 Brothers, so I was made the fool. Run from 3 Brothers so they do not make a fool of you!

Avoid this company at all costs!!…
I am very disappointed in 3 Brothers Moving. It seems like there was miscommunication every step of the way. We were underquoted for the price of our move. What we thought was going to be $3200 turned into $4700! It seems they subcontracted each step of the move. The movers who showed up worked for a different company than 3 Brothers. They were 7 hours late, and they were rushing to get done so they could get to the warehouse to store our stuff. They left behind important items that we luckily saw and were able to take with us. The delivery is an absolute joke. After they loaded up all of our stuff, they confirmed our first available day for delivery and THEN told us that they actually have 2 week window after that day to deliver the items. They told us an amount to expect to pay the driver upon delivery. They told us it was cash only. So…we prepared for that and had the cash ready. So the day FINALLY arrives for us to get our stuff. The driver calls and says he can’t get into our apartment complex because he is in an 18 wheeler and we will have to pay $500 extra for him to deliver our items from the street. So basically our stuff was held hostage if I didn’t pay him. I went no got the extra cash and paid him and then he decided he could probably get his semi into the parking lot. He parked in a large open space by our building but refused to give me my $500 back because it was still a “long walk” to the door. I asked to speak to someone else about this and he called a lady who told me that the $500 was for his time because he is “just a driver” and it takes a long time to unload all of this stuff by himself. They would not refund me and said that the money is because he will deliver all items and assemble etc and he deserves to be paid for his time. Well he didn’t assemble ANYTHING. He was on the phone chatting with someone the whole time that he was bringing in our items. We had to assemble all of the furniture that the movers took apart. Several of our items that the movers packed were damaged, but he made us sign the form that we received all of our items before he unloaded anything. I will never use this business again and I will caution all others against it as well. I have never been so displeased with a service. Do NOT use this company!

Worst moving brokerage.
3 brothers will be very active and tell you all these lies before getting your business. Once they sign a contract and you pay their brokerage fees, they will never reply back. When the actual movers come on the scheduled date, there are many discrepancies and you will end up paying double the price. 3 brothers will not even bother replying to you when you call to ask why there are additional charges because the movers contract and 3 brothers contract looks significantly different. Highly recommend NOT to go with this scammer of a company. There are way much better and honest brokerage/ movers out there.

These guys were nice enough
These guys were nice enough - they are just brokers.
They underquoted by 50% it happens.
They had a russian truck-driver that used google interpretation to communicate. Even that is ok.
I had items lost - they have no ability to help.
They just put it all on the carrier.
3 Brothers Moving
I am very grateful for 3 Brothers Moving. I had a storage shed full of my personal memories and momentous possessions. Anthony from 3 Brothers got Levy on this move and I couldn't have been more pleased with the way Levy treated me. Levy was kind, polite and professional. The communication was excellent. I am so impressed with the care I have received. I highly recommend 3 Brothers Moving with any relocation needs.

Bad experience
Let me start by saying that 3 brothers is just a broker-- meaning they will match you up with someone to move your stuff. The carrier that they selected for me, Posh Moving and Storage, was terrible. My experience with three brothers was good; they were kind, helpful, and respectful. Posh, on the other hand, over charged me, gave almost zero communication, and was rough with my items. The charge ended up being double the estimate (which I even buffered a little bit to be sure I had enough room). They quoted 2 weeks for delivery but took 3, and they didn't reach out to me until the day of. I was told that they would give at least 72 hours notice, so we went away for the weekend. I had to leave my vacation and return home because they couldn't honor their commitments. Is this 3 Brothers' fault? No, absolutely not, but when you are a broker, your carriers' performance reflects on you. For that reason, I won't be able to recommend that anyone uses 3 brothers.
