Watch wasn't delivered.
Their customer services said "the burden of proof is on you to prove you've not received your parcel"
How on earth do you prove you haven't received something. It's impossible.
Go to a reputable company and avoid

Excellent experience

Excellent experience using The Watch Studio. I purchased a beautiful and unusual looking Hugo Boss watch for a good price and it was delivered next day which was unexpected.

The box was protected nicely with good packaging & the presentation is exquisite. Very much looking forward to seeing my sons face on his 16th birthday!

I had such a wonderful experience with The Watch Studio. I initial watch I bought my husband was lovely but he would have preferred a leather strap instead of stainless steel. The return and reordering process was so easy and zero stress to me. He loved his new watch and will definitely recommend for future purchases.
