Will not be using again. Ordered a veg trug on 4/10, at the time of order the processing times stated 1-2 working days, today the order is still ‘processing’. This was a gift for my grandmother and was totally embarrassing when I had to show up with no present as this wasn’t cheap! Emailed on Friday and received an email this morning saying they would look in to this, not had anything back. Would love to receive my order or get my money back… almost £40!

Brilliant company. Ordered a planter for my parents 45th wedding anniversary. They love it. Also as I was last minute ordering they made sure it was sent out quickly which I really appreciate. Thankyou again. X

I placed an order I needed quite quickly for a 70th. The order process was really easy with helpful tips on the way. I emailed to ask for a fast turnaround and Philip was great. my order was produced and posted the same day of my email with regular updates to me up to when it was posted.
It arrived the next day and was exactly as the pictures and what I wanted. a beautiful product really well made and it will make a fantastic birthday present.

Absolutely brilliant

I ordered two engraved teaspoons. Unfortunately the engraving was slightly wrongly worded. However the company swiftly responded to my email and despatched two replacement spoons with the correct wording. They are now perfect and I am really pleased. These days it’s quite rare to receive such good customer service and so I would highly recommend both the product quality and the service provided by this family business.
